About: I've had both cats and dogs my whole life! I've been responsible for caring for my family pets as well as friends and family pets! I am home for the summer needing something fun work. I am open for short notice bookings and am happy to play with all fluffy friends! I am happy to take dogs out on a leash, walk, let out into a fenced yard as well as play with them! About: I have pet sit all kinds of animals since I was 10, including dogs, cats, lizards, rabbits, frogs, turtles, you name it. I have always lived with a dog since I was born, and also have two adopted cats. I have raised chickens and ducks from hatchlings and cared for goats. I have also worked at a doggy daycare, specializing in yard management, food, medicine, bathing, and senior care. I work part time on the weekends as a server, so I am available anytime on weekdays to take care of your pets! Weekends I am normally available mornings. I love spending time with any pets, so I would give them the best care I could and hang out with them afterwards to make them not just healthy, but happy as well.
About: I have grown up in a house that always had 2-3 dogs living in it. I was exposed to different breeds from the most mixed supermutt to a purebred King Charles Cocker Spaniel. About 12 years ago I began pet-sitting for my in-laws who have two dogs (now 15 and 2) and two cats. They love the care I provide their animals and am their go-to pet sitter. In August 2021, we were finally lucky to expand our family with our own puppy! I work from home 100% of the time with a flexible job so I and am always available for walks or potty training! My husband works a unique shift as well which makes it easier if needed! I have a neutered fur-baby myself to keep any pets occupied! My Chow, Louise, is skittish with strangers but within the first few minutes of our meet and greet with Marian, Louise was so relaxed with her that she stopped barking and lay on the floor not far from her. That’s when I knew that Marian was the “dog whisperer”. She did such a great job taking care of all 3 of my dogs while I was away and had no problem when I had to extend my trip by a couple of days. Judging by the photos she posted during every visit (3 times a day) I would say my dogs loved her as well. I will definitely be using her services in the future.
Marian was fantastic with my cat! He’s usually pretty shy and doesn’t like to play with the sitters, but that was not the case here. It looks like he warmed up quickly. Marian took great update photos, followed all instructions to the letter, and was very punctual. Overall, she did a great job! We will definitely be reaching out to her again for future cat sitting needs.
