Joan responded to me quick and was available for us to schedule a meet and greet in the morning to make sure it was overall a good fit. She (and her adorable dogs) were super sweet and welcoming. She sent me videos and pictures throughout Navi's stay and kept me updated. Navi loved Sammy and Emma and was so happy to have some sweet friends to play with!
