She is a great communicator, loves my girl as if she was her own, and is always available! I have to mention that we did have a cancellation last minute but it was because she did not want Birdie to potentially get sick. I think that’s an important thing to consider with the review that Rover posted. No issues with Ann whatsoever, and i will continue to feel at ease when dropping Birdie off!”
