“Winston had a great stay with Cindy. She was very caring with Winston, since he took some time adjusting to the new environment. We appreciated that very much. We loved seeing daily pics of what they did for the day. Winston had no problem coming home, and being back in his own surroundings. He'd always have a bit of trouble getting back to his normal routine, when we'd leave him in the kennel for a week or so. With Cindy, it was no trouble at all. We will definitely book with her again. They we're very flexible and attentive to all of my requests, and promptly communicated any changes with him while in their care. Kristal took very good care of our 3 pups while on a cruise. She was flexible with our schedule when we decided to drive to Florida instead of fly which caused us to need to extend our booking which she did without hesitation.Even though Kristal knew that I wouldn’t be reachable during our 7 day cruise she still made sure to send updated & pictures for me to see once I was back online. Of course our pups were very happy to see us, they went right back to their normal behavior without missing a beat which tells me they were treated well while in Kristal’s care. We would deff recommend her to others & will use her in the future.
