“Abbey took care of our three family cats while we were on vacation in Florida for nine days, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Before we left, I was very worried about being away from them because our cats are such an important part of our family. Abbey made it so much easier for us to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing they were in such good hands. She communicated exceptionally well, providing updates after every visit along with pictures and videos of our cats. Seeing them and knowing how they were doing gave us tremendous peace of mind. She also kept their litter boxes clean, made sure they had fresh water and their food was full, made sure they had treats, and clearly gave them plenty of attention and care. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond. We have an outdoor cat who would greet her every day and was always very vocal when she arrived. One day he didn't show up when she arrived. Concerned, Abbey spent time looking around for him but couldn't find him. Even though she wasn't scheduled to come the next day, she returned the next day specifically to check on him. Thankfully, he was there waiting to greet her, and knowing that she cared enough to come back and make sure he was okay meant so much to us.   Abbey is kind, dependable, caring, and truly treats your pets as if they were her own. We would absolutely use her again for future vacations and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust to care for their cats. She is wonderful! 🐾❤️”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and I have experience taking care of a wide variety of pets. I grew up with multiple dogs and I currently care for 1 dog and 4 cats. My family has owned many pets from fish to reptiles so I’m comfortable with different types of animals and personalities! Im currently working during the day/evening in the week so my availability is primarily in the early mornings. My work schedule may vary, so I could have additional availability on certain days off. About: I had pets my whole life growing up (cats and dogs at the same time), currently haven’t a cat, and watch my families pets when they are out of town. I am reliable and can handle any situation that comes up. I work full time but I am able to work from home half the week so this allows me to be flexible with my pet sitting. I have a huge fenced in back yard, I treat every animal like my own as well. Additionally, I always respect other people’s homes.

About: Over the past 36 years, I have had 7 dogs (2 that lived to 17 years old and required a lot of care and medication), 1 bird, 1 bunny (which was on hospice when I adopted her) and multiple fish. I was on the Board of Directors for the Humane Society of Hancock County and fostered over 10 puppies throughout the years. I have also gone through training courses with multiple dogs. I am responsible, reliable, and hard-working. I am looking forward to spending some time with your animals! I am currently not working, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I am available most days and weekends throughout the day and evening and can do multiple visits per day. I currently have three dogs that are crate-trained, so I am very comfortable with getting dogs in and out of their cages. I am also comfortable with walking your dog on a leash or supervising them when playing within a fenced yard. I will treat your home as if it's my own and leave it in the same condition as I found it.
