“Shaelyn was awesome with Jasper and he seemed very comfortable around her. He is normally a shy dog around new people so I was very happy he didn't seem to have any issues.”

About: Back home my family has 2 dogs, a 13 yr old chihuahua spaniel and a 5 year old pit bull. I have experience with dogs of different ages and breeds as well as house training puppies. I work as an aquatics director at a YMCA so I have the freedom to come and go from work for the most part for doggy potty breaks. I love playing with dogs and will play with dogs for hours. Cuddles are a daily thing if that’s why the doggos want. Dogs are and will always be very near and dear to my heart.
About: Ever since I was a child, I was responsible for the care of a variety of animals, and I mean solely responsible. Growing up (and today), I was the one that friends and family came to for pet sitters and care/training advice. I prioritize following pet care instructions to a tee- I do not cut corners on even the most “meticulous” of care instructions. With me, you can trust that your fur babies will receive the highest quality of care and attention because of my intrinsic love for animals. I do this because I love it, not for the money. Currently, I am a dog walker for three dogs, but I would love the opportunity to care for other people’s furry family members on top of that. I am free to walk dogs Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. I am free to board dogs and cats Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I am free to check in on your furry friends at home pretty much whenever, we can work out the details further when the time comes. - For checking in on pets: When in a client’s home, I am very careful to respect their belongings and privacy. I ensure that I only get into spaces that they instruct me to. *Please be aware: I take my boyfriend with me to house visits for safety precautions, he does not meddle with anything of course, he is just there to ensure my safety (meeting with strangers on the internet is scary, lol.)* - For boarding dogs: *Please be aware: For dogs, I can only care for small puppies. Unfortunately, we have a rescue dog who is reactive to adult dogs due to trauma. But, he is gentle as can be with small puppies and any sort of cats. We also have two cats who are dog friendly, so please ensure that your pup is good with cats* Also, I have a fenced in yard and a whole house for your baby to roam. -For boarding cats: We have two cats here, and though they are fairly cat friendly, I do not intend for them to meet client cats so as to avoid unnecessary stress on my and your cats. So, cats will remain separated. Your cat will be allowed to free roam a certain level of the house for hours, then will be switched out to another level of the house for hours (all while being blocked off from the resident kitties.) Of course, constant supervision will be in place for the entirety of their stay. Your kitty will also sleep in a room with me for the night. - For dog walking: Please provide dog poop bags and, if wanted, any sort of treats you would like for the walk. I require meeting dog walking clients in public places for safety precautions. Also, please let me know of any commands, work, or quirks (chasing after animals, dog aggressive, etc.) that you’d like me to keep in mind for our walks.

About: I was raised in rural Georgia with an assortment of animals- cats, dogs, horses, chickens, goats, fish, cows, birds. My parents raised Bassett Hounds and Yorkies. I am experienced in puppies and elderly animals as well- even diaper changing!! I have ALWAYS had an animal in my care!! I worked for 30 years in the healthcare field, so caring for any injury or illness will be considered as well I am currently retired. I am looking for ways to stay busy. About: I’ve grown up with dogs. I’ve had at least three to 7 dogs at a time in my home. As well as cats, ducks and bunnies! I have a unique ability to bond quickly with dogs, and animals. I love them. I believe God put them on earth to help to help us make it through the trials and triumphs of life. I believe all dogs are unique and have the own personality, and should be treated as such. And I will treat your dog as though they are my new friend, and hopefully will become my longtime friend. I have had senior dogs, so I am well aware of the extra care that needs to be given to these special dogs. They deserve to be treated with care and respect. I have also trained my dogs in basic commands. I will always abide by your wishes while caring for your baby. And will willing to listen to any concerns that may arise. I am currently a stay-at-home dog mom. So I have mostly open availability at this time. I’m sure this would be a excellent fit for my life!! While caring for other people’s pets, made sure to go to check on the pets many times a day. During that time, I stay and play, love on them, give treats or feed (if it’s time), play some more, and make sure they are properly tired until the next time I come back. I worry about them, honestly, as though they are my own. So I want to make sure they are happy and safe.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life. From the best well-behaved dogs to troublesome puppies, as well as a heavily medicated seizure-prone dog, I’ve seen a lot. Greyhounds, pugs, mutts, etc, I’ve either had or cared for a wide range of breeds. I have owned up to 5 dogs at a time as well as up to 4 cats. I do have some training experience with puppies as far as obedience and walking, and have dealt with many dogs that pull on-leash or are reactive. My family members and friends always come to me first to dog sit. I am an animal lover through and through. I love photography and taking pet photos so I’m quick to get a cute pic while they’re being cute, funny, or playful 🥰. I’m working part time, mainly evenings so while you’re at work during the day I can watch your pets and give them all the attention they need, taking them out frequently. Most days I am available until 1 to 3pm. I am an experienced walker/sitter and have the patience for stubborn dogs as much as I do the easy ones. I’m very specific to cater towards each dogs individual needs and will follow given instructions to the absolute best of my ability.
“Dorothy was great! Very friendly and good with Luna. She sent pictures during each walk so I could see my pup was getting attention! I would definitely book her again!”
