About: Back home my family has 2 dogs, a 13 yr old chihuahua spaniel and a 5 year old pit bull. I have experience with dogs of different ages and breeds as well as house training puppies. I work as an aquatics director at a YMCA so I have the freedom to come and go from work for the most part for doggy potty breaks. I love playing with dogs and will play with dogs for hours. Cuddles are a daily thing if that’s why the doggos want. Dogs are and will always be very near and dear to my heart.

As a student, I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate almost any timing mornings, evenings, weekends, you name it. I work around your needs and will always make your pet my top priority. I have a friendly dog at home who loves meeting new friends! When watching pets in your home, you can expect to come back to everything exactly as you left it, if not a little cleaner. About: I truly love animals, and have some training background. I always had my own personal dogs, until recently, so I am open to caring for yours. Your animals will be well taken care of, and I will provide consistencies they are use to at home upon request. I work from home 4 days a week, but my mom who works from home is home daily. Animals are never unsupervised! I get home around 5pm when I go into work. I walk dogs as much needed and have necessary needs provided in house (leash, bowls, mid size cage, brush, yard, etc). No worries if certain materials run out or are not provided.

About: I grew up with many family dogs in the span of 20 years. I am willing to learn how the owner wants their pets taken care of. I work full time. I am willing to work on my off days which are Saturday - Monday. I am open minded and willing to learn. I can provide care at the pets home. Provide me with a list of desired tasks and I will complete them. I want the owner and the pets satisfied.

About: I have been around & taken care of animals almost all my life. I currently have no pets of my own I have owned a dog in the past. I have some experience walking and sitting my family members animals. I live in a fairly quiet neighborhood with a park just a few minutes away from my home. I joined rover to be able to help with other animals & share my love during my time with them however you choose to book. I work from home so I will have full attention to meet all requirements for each & every pet.I don’t usually like to leave my house much while boarding so if I do it would be something important Always keep a clean & safe environment for them, also try to stick to their routine so they can be comfortable with a new person

About: All my life I've been interested in animals. I grew up with a dog, a cat, and a snake, and my work in the field has involved all sorts of animal husbandry, from shearing sheep to catching alligators or banding songbirds. Sometimes I feel I understand animals better than people which helps me provide specialized one-on-one care to meets your beloved pet's needs. I want to ensure that they feel as safe, comfortable, and well-loved with me as they do with you! I'm currently taking some online classes, so my schedule is pretty flexible! Right now I have a lot of time Fridays-Mondays which I would love to spend taking care of some special pets. I don't have access to a fenced-in yard currently and would not be able to host a dog to the best of my ability. I've taken care of cats at my house, however, and have found that they quickly feel at ease in my home environment. My kitty passed away last year, unfortunately, but I am home often and will provide as much company and attention as your pet desires. I want them to know they have a friend in me.

I love to spend time with dogs whether that’s playing with them, going for a walk, a park adventure, giving them baths, rewarding them or just hanging out- I meet all their needs at all times. Aside from that, I also keep your home CLEAN & SAFE! I am huge on safety so you will be in good hands with me. I am also happy to do small errands for you- (mail monitoring, etc.) so you can enjoy your time away from home without worries, or be less distracted during your work day. Growing up, I owned a Chow Chow, which was a real treat. I even loved giving her baths! She had 2 litters of puppies-sets of 6 & 8, so I got lots of joy from training & playing with puppies until they were adopted. Since then, I have done pet sitting/house sitting/babysitting for various friends & family over the years, and eventually started using Rover in 2021. The most dogs I’ve house-sat with at one time are 3. I am accustomed to following your pet’s individualized routine. I am very much a dog lover. I don’t currently own one due to apartment restrictions, but greatly wish I could. I like to dog sit because I get so much out of it. I truly LOVE DOGS! I am quite familiar with various breeds and their unique traits. Some of the breeds I have cared for are as follows: Akita, American Eskimo, Australian Shepherd, Bernedoodle, Bichon Frise, Border Collie, Boxer, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Chow Chow, English Bulldog, Frenchie, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Golden Retriever, Jack Russell Terrier, Labradoodle, Labrador Retriever, Pug, Newfoundland, Rat Terrier, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Sheltie, Toy Poodle, Welsh Corgi. I cared quite often for a dog with congestive heart failure who needed medicine & needed monitored for his breathing & risk for fainting. I’ve also cared for blind dogs and older dogs with dementia. Some of the dogs I’ve watched take medicine or have dietary supplements and restrictions. I’ve never had any pet emergencies while pet-sitting for others, but did have to take my family dog on an emergency run in her final days which resulted in her passing from old age at 16 years. I mention this to say, if an emergency would ever arise while pet sitting- I am familiar with the process to get the dog help. I have MedVet info saved to my phone so you can rest easy knowing I am prepared for any out of the ordinary circumstances any time of day or night. I also like cats & have done cat sitting on a more rare occasion, including homes with a cat and dog, or only cats. I have lived with a cat who was very close to me in recent years so I am familiar with their behaviors and needs. I’ve also administered medication to a cat with FIV although it is a bit tricky.
