She kept us updated with messages, photos, and videos that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious that she treated our girls like members of her own family. When Taffy wasn’t eating well, Tracy offered to make her fresh boiled chicken without hesitation. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant so much to us. Her entire family welcomed our dogs with open arms, and it was clear they were genuinely loved throughout their stay. We came home to two happy, relaxed pups, and that says everything. If you’re looking for someone who is kind, trustworthy, communicative, and truly passionate about caring for animals, I wholeheartedly recommend her. We will absolutely book with her again! My only hesitation in writing this review is that everyone else will want to book her too! 😊 So please… don’t overbook her - we’re going to need her to save time for Sky and Taffy!
