House Sitting North Riverside

“! Great experience from start to finish. The meet and greet before our trip made us feel so comfortable leaving, and during our time away she provided lots of updates, was respectful of our home, and clearly cared for our pets as if they were her own. Would definitely book again!”

“Kyelene got a 5 star rating from our household! The girls, (2 dogs and a cat) were in very good hands. After meeting Kyelene, I knew our dogs would be in very good hands. We got pictures sent to us which was nice. The house was as clean as I left it which I appreciated. I would highly recommend Kyelene for your houesitting/dogsitting needs.”

“Linda went above and beyond caring for our yorkie boy. It was his first time with a sitter and us away. He was well cared for, happy and content. She kept us in the loop with helpful updates on how he was doing which kept our stress down while we were away. Will definitely use Linda again! You can tell when someone is caring and has true empathy for you and your four legged family member, and Linda does indeed!”

“Kary & Myranda were amazing with our crew. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats that can be alot, and we were so grateful for their help. They also sent us plenty of pictures which gave us peace of mind while we're away.”

“This was my first time using Rover but I needed a way to find a house sitter that knew what they were doing. I booked Arianna because she had good reviews, available for the booking, and cheaper. I have 4 dogs so I needed someone with a lower “additional dog fee”. She watched them about 10 days. When returning home, I didn’t find any bathroom accidents or tore up furniture. She fed them twice a day and gave my pit an allergy pill each day. I did not require any dog walking. When going out of town, I will use her again.”

“My pup is very timid around strangers, but he got along great with Rachel. She was good T keeping in contact with me and asked questions if she wasn't sure.”

“I can’t begin to express my praise for Tillie. I was so impressed the first time we met when she came to my home to meet my dog, Aspen, and I - she arrived on time, with a notebook and pen to take notes, asked thoughtful questions about Aspen’s care and my expectations, and she was so kind and personable. Aspen loved her right away as well. Tillie kept me frequently updated with pictures of Aspen, checked in with me, asked questions, and when I returned home Aspen was at ease. I really appreciated all of the kindness, care, and patience Tillie gave Aspen (and myself!). We adore Tillie and felt very comfortable inviting her into our home. We are looking forward to booking with Tillie again in the future.”

“Debbie is phenomenal! This was our first time trusting a dogsitter and she made the whole experience so wonderful! She provided frequent updates and pictures that helped put our minds at ease. She did great with our young pupper and we’ll happily book with her again! ?”

About: Dogs have been a part of my family since I was 8 years old and I began dog sitting for neighbors, friends, and family when I was 12. I completed animal behavior training at Kansas Humane Society and have volunteered as a dog walker and playing with the rescue dogs. I take special interest in understanding dog training and behavior and read and watch videos on these topics often. I currently work a normal 8am-5pm office job with a lunch break midday which I can use for a visit. I am completely available on weekends. I am happy to do overnight stays if needed. I have cats in my home and currently do not have a fence so I don't offer in home boarding for dogs. I am extremely attentive and detail oriented. I maintain tidy homes and happy pets. I truly enjoy cuddling and playing so your dog is in good hands with me. If we work together I will send a form to collect all the information needed to ensure I meet all of your needs and then we will do an introduction prior to the sitting.

“This went great. He came over and learned the house as well as my cat beforehand. She liked him immediately. And I noticed that he automatically uses distraction when n an animal does something wrong. (I used to be a certified dog trainer and do consults and the behavior hotline for an SPCA.) He sent pictures during. Best of all, she wasn't frantic when we got home like when we have just a visit each day. Then in the evening she went yowling around the guest room looking for him! Other things, the house was at least as clean when we got home as when we left. And he left us banana bread!”

“Mandy did great under challenging circumstances. This was our first time using a sitter since getting the dog from the Humane Society a year ago, and the dog took us by surprise with stranger anxiety - not wanting to be touched or approached and urine accidents. I take the blame - In hindsight I should have arranged trial stay(s) many months in advance of our weeklong trip, not just a meet and greet a week in advance. Mandy handled it well. She persevered despite the accidents and communicated candidly with me about how the dog was reacting and problem-solved with me. She figured out how to let the dog out without approaching it, and kept both the dog and cat fed and watered, though walks were not possible. She even came to let the dog out over lunch on weekdays, which was above and beyond our original agreement. The cat loved Mandy - I thought the cat would be the one wary of strangers, and she let Mandy pet her by mid-week. Mandy was very tidy and conscientious and left the house in great condition. She even set out my bait when ants started coming in. Huge appreciation to Mandy.”

“Faith did an amazing job with our three puppies!! She was very attentive with pictures and updates. We felt very comfortable being away and knowing our puppies were being well taken care of. We would definitely have Faith come again to take care of our puppies.”

“Emily did a great job watching lavender and midnight! We will 100% be using her again for pet sitting! The animals warmed up to her very quickly. She left the house just as we had left it. If you are looking for a pet sitter Emily is the best around.”

“Laine was amazing, she made sure my shy cat felt not only at ease but happy. My cat is usually shy but he is completely in love with her to the point that after I came back he kept looking for her!! She is the best pet sitter I've had far best, definitely will ask her to pet sit again in a second.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for neighbors, family, and others for a while and have had dogs my whole life. I absolutely love them! I’m currently a student at WSU and I have a pretty tight schedule Monday-Thursday but I would absolutely be willing to work around what I can. I am free most weekend. I am very clean and tidy and will make sure not to leave a mess anywhere! I can crate your dog if necessary and should have little to no issues!

“Jon was great with our pets. he sent regular updates and photos. We look forward to working with him again.”
