About: I’ve been taking care of pets ever since I was a young girl. My parents would often foster kittens to which I would help and learn. When I was 11 and moved to Florida, I started to connect with my neighbors and created relationships where they trusted me enough to care for their pets and stay in their home. With experience in both dog and cat care, elderly and young, I’ve learned how to give medicine, understand what they need, and how to love them unconditionally. As a mom of two cat babes, I understand the need for a loving presence when you cannot be there for your own animals and would love to be able to be that for anyone else. Currently I work part-time with time to spare at home for pet care. I already spend many hours at home with my own fur babies, so I wouldn’t mind at all splitting that time with others staying in the house! Saturdays I work an 8 hour shift, but any other day is wide open. I have two cats in my home, and they have free roam of the house. I am not one to restrict where pets can and cannot go since this is their first time living as well and are curious creatures. If I have a dog with me, then I try to be where they are, providing supervision and company.

Finally, Ingrid left hour house and yard both clean and tidy and everything looked great! About: I spent all day at home to take care my cat. Feed, wash their hair every week, and some time take them go outside to hangout I'm a student. I have a plenty of time to play with cat. I go to school from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Sometime I learn at home I have a friendly cat at my home. She is very friendly and maybe shy a litte bit. I can stop by at your home to take care of your pets.

“Mandy did great under challenging circumstances. This was our first time using a sitter since getting the dog from the Humane Society a year ago, and the dog took us by surprise with stranger anxiety - not wanting to be touched or approached and urine accidents. I take the blame - In hindsight I should have arranged trial stay(s) many months in advance of our weeklong trip, not just a meet and greet a week in advance. Mandy handled it well. She persevered despite the accidents and communicated candidly with me about how the dog was reacting and problem-solved with me. She figured out how to let the dog out without approaching it, and kept both the dog and cat fed and watered, though walks were not possible. She even came to let the dog out over lunch on weekdays, which was above and beyond our original agreement. The cat loved Mandy - I thought the cat would be the one wary of strangers, and she let Mandy pet her by mid-week. Mandy was very tidy and conscientious and left the house in great condition. She even set out my bait when ants started coming in. Huge appreciation to Mandy.”

About: I’m exceptional in training puppies, cats and dogs. If necessary I can discipline although I prefer positive encouragement towards good behaviour with rewards. I love teaching commands using an animals favourite treat or a clicker, whichever is more effective. When it comes to older animals it’s critical for me to be aware of and understand their history. Dietary restrictions, sleeping/eating habits, medication and application processes, etc. I love all animals but ultimately will treat them as family with the love and support they each deserve. I’m currently working as a part time Youth Director at a local church so I have plenty of time throughout my days to play with and care for your furrr babies. My main goal currently is to fill in the gaps of my day to day with joy and happiness that only pets can bring. We all need something to look forward too to make life enjoyable and for me right now that’s figuring out how to play with as many animals as possible to make sure they’re all loved while you’re away. Our home has as expansive enclosed back yard for dogs to run around in and play or simply take a potty break. Our living room and kitchen area are great open places for cats to explore and the basement is very clean and comfortable as well. Although, I prefer to go to a cats home instead because as you know being a cat owner most cats dislike change of environments or any change in general for that matter. When it comes to walks I like to take as many precautions as viable. Dog parks are available and accessible more so during the day. There are plenty of nearby parks in my neighbourhood as well as bike paths and sidewalks. I’m open to any suggestions for locations or preferred methods of transportation as some animals dislike car rides so a simple walk around the block would suffice. I take any and all advice seriously when it comes to the attention and care of your animal.

About: I grew up on a small town farm and was raised around horses, dogs, cats, chickens, etc. until I graduated high school. I was responsible for caring for the farm animals, so I have lots of experience with different animals and pets, including cats and dogs (of all sizes and ages). I recently graduated with a master degree in biomedical science and am looking for some extra work while I figure out what I’d like to do in the long term. I currently have four pets that I absolutely adore— a Labradoodle, German Shepherd, dachshund, and a fat, orange cat! I take the dogs on long daily walks and am experienced with walking/handling two large—sometimes rowdy—dogs at once. We also love to go on adventures at the park from time to time. As a recent graduate, I am currently taking time off from school and full-time work, so my schedule is very open and flexible (especially afternoons). I am usually available for dog walking duties anytime from 7:30 AM-10 AM or in the evenings, and I can make short stops to take care of dogs/cats anytime during the day. If you’d prefer to have your pet(s) stay at my house instead, my animals and I would love the company! If an overnight stay is required at your house, details will need to be arranged prior to the stay. I currently care for my three dogs and one cat at home. I take the three dogs on long daily walks in the neighborhood, feed them twice daily, and clean out the cat litter box daily. I also occasionally care for my mother‘s large German Shepherd, who requires daily walks, feeding, and oral medication administration. She has several cats, who I care for by cleaning the litter boxes and feeding daily as well. Overall, I have experience walking/handling large and small dogs of various ages, administering oral medication, cleaning out litter boxes, playing with pets, and daily feeds. Depending on the job and the dog/cat I am responsible for, I am willing to care for your animal in a way that best fits their needs as you see fit.

We greatly appreciated her taking the time to do a meet and greet with him so he would be comfortable with her before she stayed. We knew right away that she has a true passion and great knowledge of caring for dogs. He instantly took to her calming nature. Our boxer gets a little separation anxiety from us being away and her compassion for making sure he felt loved and comfortable put him right at ease. She truly went above and beyond. As a worried dog mom, her constant updates made me feel so much better knowing he was doing well. I loved getting her frequent photos and videos of him through the day. She stayed at our home over the 4th of July weekend and we had some periods where fireworks were giving him anxiety as well. She was so patient with him and stayed in his room with him so he felt comforted. When we arrived home our house was left just the way we left and our boy was happy as can be!
