Tamilyn is so wonderful! She was respectful of our home and very attentive to our Ruby. She went above and beyond making sure she was comfortable while we were away. We had great communication with picture updates. I highly recommend her to watch anyone's furbabies! We will definitely be requesting her again!

My dogs were well taken care of while I was away. I appreciate her communication and updates on how the dogs were doing. Wooji was very easy to work with, appreciated as many details as possible prior to staying with the dogs, and I would recommend her to pet owners looking for overnight stays as well as daily drop in's.

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life, so much so that I am in the vet program in Logan, UT. I have taken care of several pets throughout my lifetime both in home and in a clinic boarding facility. I am learning more and more every day of vet school and am happy to learn and take care of young and old animals. I am currently a student in the veterinary program. I am typically in class from 8:30am-4:30pm with an hour lunch break. I am happy to check on pets in the mornings and late afternoon/evenings and potentially mid-day around lunch! On weekends I can be much more flexible! Safety of your pets is a top priority! I will always make sure doors and gates are latched securely before leaving the premise. I always double check the amount of food/medication they are to be given to ensure their health and safety as well as refilling water dishes at least once a day. If you would like I would love to send check in pictures/videos each day to check in!

Julia stayed overnight with my fur babies and was able to impress us in 4 ways: 1- She was able to cuddle up with one of my noncuddly kitties - a lovie kitty but we can't get her to cuddle but Julia did! We got video proof. 2- Julia also provided insulin shots to our diabetic cat morning & night. 3- She came the day before to meet the pets and get instructions. There were a lot of instructions and she absorbed them all with a great attitude and told us that the details show that we really care about our pets. 4- The most important thing that Julia did for us was to let our Cavalier King Charles sleep with her no matter how much he snored! We will definitely have her watch our house and fur babies again!

About: I have had my dog for 5 years and really enjoyed raising and training her. Outside my home, I have helped friends and family with house-sitting, dog walking, and check-ins/potty breaks. I currently work part-time, so my schedule is quite open! I am available for services any time on weekends and on weekdays after 2 pm. I have a fenced back yard, and a gate at the front of my house, so your pet will be entirely secure! There is a patio and grass in the back, leaving space for zoomies. Inside is an open floor plan with space to play while being supervised and safe!

Oceana is AMAZING. We recently moved to the area and had to jet off quickly for a family emergency. Not knowing anyone yet, we crossed our fingers that someone on Rover would work out. We feel SO lucky to have found Oceana! She sent tons of updates and most importantly, our pup ADORES her. We can’t say enough good things about her!

About: I've taken care of friends' and coworkers' dogs and rabbit, in addition to house sitting. I own a cat myself named Josh, and I've had him for about 14 years. I have volunteered periodically at the Cache Humane Society during my time at USU. I currently work part-time, but I'm free before 9am and after 4pm during the weekdays and with enough notice, the weekends are flexible! I will follow any instructions you have and adjust if needed. Make sure that exit points are closed and attentive of any behavior changes to share.

About: I’ve taken care of friends dogs for years , even transporting them to different states when needed. I live alone and am home by myself most of the time. I have a small fenced yard and wood floors and tile in most of my house. I would be happy and would prefer to meet your dog before I watch him or her. I door dash on my electric bike. It can go about 3 hours before needing a charge. I usually dash 2-3 hours in morning and 2-3 hours in the evening. If it rains I stay home I have a fenced yard , with a dog door from the inside to the yard. I keep water out all the time, but only feed according to the owners instructions

About: Hi my name is Natalie, I love all animals and just adore every single one of them! I have an adorable cat named Luna and have grown up with other cats in the past. I've taken care of cats, dogs, and others! I am comfortable with small and large animals as long as they are friendly. I love going on walks or rides with dogs and playing fetch or tug of war with them. I have volunteered at cache humane society, taking dogs out for a ride around town to experience what it's like outside of their kennel and to familiarize them around other people. I have dog sat many times for neighbors, friends and family since high school up to the present. I look forward to meeting and caring for your loved animal friends! Currently, I will be available for any pet care you need. I don’t have a preference for how long and I am available any day of the week Monday- Sunday. Please give me at least 1 days notice if needing over night care or longer preparation time the further away from south logan you are. Thank you! When asked to take care of animals, I care for them as the owner would and give them lots of love. I may not be able to board pets at my home as I have 2 cats living with me but I am comfortable staying at my clients home if needed. I am clean and trustworthy and will stay over night if needed.

Corinne was, without a doubt, the best cat sitter I've ever had. From the moment I left for my trip, I felt completely at ease knowing my cats were in her care. She sent thoughtful updates every day with plenty of pictures, and it was obvious from her messages that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with my cats rather than simply checking in on them. That meant so much to me. She took care of every expected task perfectly, and even went above and beyond in ways that made it clear she truly cared about their comfort and well-being. Coming home to happy, relaxed cats is the best sign of excellent care, and that's exactly what I came home to. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Corinne to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely compassionate with animals. I will absolutely be asking her to watch my cats again in the future!

FAQs for House Sitting - North Logan

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for House Sitting in North Logan on Rover is $29.97 per night (as of September 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of House Sitting easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for House Sitting. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of September 2026, there are 184 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across North Logan. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:

  • Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
  • Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
  • Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
  • Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.

The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred North Logan walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.

It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in North Logan maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:

  • Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
  • Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
  • Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.

Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in North Logan choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
