Karyn W.

“We (and our critters!) had a great experience with Karyn. She stayed in our unconventional home with our 3 dogs and one kitty while we were out of town for 12 days. Our rescue dogs all have their own unique needs and comfort levels with new people, and Karyn charmed them quickly and was totally tuned into their personalities and preferences. She communicated with us beautifully, both beforehand and while we were away. We felt really confident leaving our pets in her competent care, and will not hesitate to book with her again next time we travel without our best buds!”

Monique P.

“Patricia was a terrific dog sitter! She is a very caring and completely dog-saavy. She made us and our dog feel at ease while we traveled. She sent several photos and videos of our dog to us and texted us with updates. We would highly recommend her to anyone who wants their dog cared for. She stayed at our home with the dog and that worked out great for us. We are glad we found her.”

Daniel F.

“Daniel was AWESOME! He house sat our 3 dogs for 7 days (a 6yr old male husky, a 3yr mix breed female, and a 2yr male shelter rescue that just joined our family) Our dogs loved him! He did an amazing job managing and caring for them. Daniel also maintained our home, collected the mail and packages. We will definitely choose him again in the future!”

Greg F.

“Greg was just as fantastic as I expected him to be. He treated my dear canines as if they were his own. He came back to return our key and was greeted enthusiastically by all three, which is the absolute best review I think anyone here could receive. I more travel planned later this year and Greg is at the top of my list for taking care of my furry, four-legged kids when that time comes.”

“Hossanna is the best! She is kind, energetic, caring, and so good with my cats. One of my critters has a hard time adjusting to new people and she was so caring and responsive to his needs. 100% recommend!”

Rose C.

“Rose did an amazing job caring for my dog! She sent several pictures everyday and was very responsive. She took great care of my house as well and I came back to a spotless home after a two week trip. I highly recommend her!”

Ashley W.

“We haven’t had a regular house/pet sitter for a long time, so we were a bit apprehensive about someone new watching our home and taking care of our Akita and Ferrets while we were on a weekend trip. Not to worry; Ashley handled everything with confidence and competence. Our phones were off most of the weekend, but each time we could check there were updates and photos. Definitely plan to ask her back!”

About: I've had dogs and cats as family pets since I was a young child, am the designated Pet Whisperer among my friends and family, and I am now the proud Dad of a Treeing Walker Hound (Jethro) and a Tortie American Shorthair Cat (Lucita). I specialize in helping heal traumatized and anxious pets by observing their behavior and meeting their unique needs. I am currently writing and illustrating my next book while working part time as an HR consultant. I have flexible hours so I can easily fit your pet into my schedule! A change in routine is stressful, especially with a new human involved. I prioritize keeping your pets routine consistent, positive and calm reinforcement for any unwanted behaviors, and creating a positive, safe space for your pet. My cat Lucita is a former stray and is still learning that she is now safe. Out of respect for her, I am not offering pet sitting in my home at this time.

Jennifer W.

“Excellent experience with Jennifer—she is easy to communicate with, responsive, and friendly. Of course, she was superb with our dog and when we returned home, it was clear Jennifer and the dog and formed a great relationship!”

Katelyn D.

About: I’ve had pets most of my life, from babies to seniors. Currently have 2 adopted cats since moving to ABQ from NY. I was the go-to caretaker for my family and friends pets. I have so much compassion for animals, and enjoy spending my time with them indoors and outdoors. I currently have a very flexible schedule, days, nights, weekends. I work in the healing arts field, doing sound healing sessions, setting my own schedule. I cannot bring pets to my home, because of my two strict cats. I will primarily be at your home, your yard, local park, etc.

Aimee P.

“I would highly recommend Aimee. I loved the constant updates and my two dogs had a blast with her!”

Paola D.
About: I’ve had experience with dogs since I was around 13 years old. My dad brought a little chihuahua home and our family started growing from there. There was a point where my mom had 6-7 dogs in the house. A couple years ago I was blessed enough to experience what it was to have cats, and I completely fall in love. Pets are so heart warming and mentally comforting. I would take care of any cat or dog like if they were my own to the point where they don’t even have the chance to miss their owner. I take pet care as part of my therapy. It’s nice to take some time out of my day or week to distract myself and spend that time around lovely dogs or cats. Cats are very independent so it’s easier to just let them be and be ready for whenever they want cuddles. For dogs it’s nice how cloying they are. As long as you feed them, play with them and take them potty.
