We connected with Brooke through Rover and we knew as soon as we met her that she was the right person for the job - friendly, personable and down to earth. She came over to visit with us before we left. She has a true gift for working with animals. We watched in amazement as our VERY skittish kitty Rosie took to her immediately. We had a couple of special requests that she handled with ease. She took care of our gecko, willingly supplying him with live crickets, and fed the fish. She brought in the mail and watered our plants. WHAT A GEM! Added to all that, we felt so comfortable knowing she was there for the cats. She visited at the exact times we requested, and cared for them perfectly. She played with our gregarious Orange boy and was gentle and patient with the prickly Ms. Rosie. Brooke took incredible photos of them - much nicer than the ones I take myself. I recommend booking Brooke most highly. We could not have asked for a better care-giver for our menagerie. Before watching our dogs, she took the time to meet with them and really understand their personalities, routines, and the care they needed. She was incredibly flexible with their schedules and treated both of our dogs with so much care and attention. We loved receiving regular updates about how they were doing, and she was always quick to let us know if she noticed anything that might be a concern. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about our dogs, which made us feel completely at ease knowing they were in good hands. Nat was absolutely wonderful with my kitties! She spent quality time with them, played with them, and always sent me pictures and thoughtful updates about their disposition and how they were doing. She went the extra mile to learn exactly which food each kitty received and the best times to visit. She even rinsed out the wet-food cans before discarding them and ran the garbage disposal so the apartment wouldn’t smell like stale cat food. When I came home, everything was incredibly clean and smelled great—and, most importantly, my kitties were completely stress-free and well-adjusted, as though nothing had changed at all. That kind of care and peace of mind is priceless. Thanks so much, Nat! You’re the best cat sitter I’ve ever had!
Candela is such an amazing dog sitter! She came over to meet Auggie ahead of her first time watching him. She gave him lots of cuddles, refilled his water, and gave him multiple opportunities to go outside while I was away at work. She is a great communicator and followed all of my instructions. Auggie was visibly happy in the photos she sent and clearly became quick friends with Candela! Very glad to have found her to take care of Auggie on a weekly basis! Highly recommend!!
Jenn was so wonderful with our big old goof of a dog! She was very communicative and sent cute photos during her check ins. Willie is definitely not everyone’s cup of tea but he loved Jenn and she was great with him! It was an absolute relief to find someone to help us out while we’re away!
Gabbie was an amazing pet sitter! I’m extremely picky about who I trust to do drop-in visits with my dog and I felt completely comfortable having Gabbie care for her after chatting with her. Loretta absolutely loved her too! She was great about keeping me updated after every visit and always sent pictures of the shenanigans Loretta was up to, which was honestly my favorite part. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Loretta was happy and well taken care of. Her pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the quality of care she provided. I would absolutely book with Gabbie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and caring!
TzuYu gave wonderful care to my 2 kitties. She was very communicative and did everything I asked in terms of food ad litter box cleanup, plus she played with them each visit and brushed the long coats a bit, so she really went above and beyond. And she sent me tons of photos each day. I will definitely be hiring her again!
