“Holly was great with Loki! She picked up on his occasional anti-social attitude toward other dogs and let him stay close to her where he is more comfortable. He seemed happy when I picked him up. They were very responsive with communication and easy to make an appointment with!”

“J Sue is a little melancholy by nature but she loves the days she gets to spend at Sam’s. As we get close to Sam’s, Jessie’s enthusiasm goes from about 20% to 100% from the time we turn on the street to time we get to the front door. A day at Sam’s can lift Jessie’s mood for days.”

“Stella loves going to see Kimberly and her new doggie friends. She is so excited to go there and cannot wait to hang out and play with her buddies.”

“Peter did a great job with our dog despite the challenges that a young dog brings. He was extremely professional and took care of our dog like his own. We received updates and photos throughout the day which was great as well. He has a real passion for dogs and is a caring & trustworthy person. Thanks again!”

“Christina is a very thoughtful sitter! She has a great set up. Extra dog crates, a gate before the door so no one runs out, covered couch she lets the dogs up on, and a good little yard. My dog had a blast playing with her and other dog she was watching. We were delayed in our travels and she was very flexible! Told me not to rush and sent a ton of pictures letting me know Lyra was having a good time. She even let me book last minute with a quick meet and greet the night before. Thanks Christina!”

“FANTASTIC!!! If you're looking for a professional, friendly, educated alpha, you need to book through Esperita! She is very quick and responsive to messages. She picks my pup up for me, and sends me a picture msg of my dog, letting me know they made it to her place! She also sends updates with pictures! (LOVE IT!!!) I could tell my hyper GSD had a blast at her place because she's always so tired afterwards! Thanks again Rita for being sooo awesome and caring <3”

“James has been awesome with foster George (AKA Houdini) who has been on the euthanasia list 3 times. . . and his next time will be his last. George is the sweetest dog ever but his escapism has been problematic. James has been his life saver while I am at work, and has provided George playmates and activity throughout the day. James is DEFINITELY worth considering if you need care for your dog. . . (Just don't steal George's spot. . . We need James.)”

“Hazel came home so happy after daycare. She loved Giddy and Jo Jo! She was welcomed as a 12 week old puppy into the pack and had plenty of play and attention from Corinne and her pups. Highly recommend Corinne if you need puppy care in those first few months!”

“When I had Adam & Indy watch my dogs for the second time, my dogs and Indy were so happy to see eachother again like they missed eachother and one of my dogs even jumped on the couch to sit next to Adam to say hi. Clearly they were well taken care of and have new great friends! Definitely recommend Adam!!”

“For our spur of the moment day care needs, Onrae was great and accommodated our last minute schedule change. We could tell he is comfortable with dogs and our Koda Bear came back to us safe and happy.”

“As I drove up Diane's driveway on the second day of doggie daycare, my dog began barking enthusiastically and wagging her tail. My dog's review is the one that counts and she lets me know in a thousand different ways that she is so happy with Diane. In fact, when I go to pick up my dog from Diane's house, she always wants to spend a more time there. When it comes to finding the best sitter, I've already done the work for you. After attending many meet and greets, I can say with certainty that Diane is the best in Albuquerque. Diane has a great environment for the dogs. She has a large, grassy area outside and lots of shade. She lets the dogs come inside and has crates set up for rest time. When my dog is with Diane, she is learning and good habits are being reinforced. I also feel like Diane loves my dog and is glad that my dog is with her. I get pictures during every stay!”

“Charles was extremely professional and responsible and he took EXCELLENT care of my lab, Tamale, with the help of his dog, Shiso. He sent regular pictures of their walks, the dogs playing together in the yard together, cuddling for naps, and having meals and snacks- it was obvious she was in good hands. Tamale had a wonderful time, was thoroughly exhausted and most importantly, she was VERY well cared for. I felt so fortunate to find such a warm, wonderful home in my neighborhood with a kind human and his family to look after my girl while I worked and my husband was out of town. She already misses her new friends. Thanks again, Charles! We will absolutely be booking again.”

About: I've been a pet caretaker for most of my 45 years, but I only put 25 in the years experience because those adult years of my life have been most dedicated to pet care. I am a serial adopter of rescue animals, so I'm well versed in pet conditions that need special care. I don't crate our animals and I love them all unconditionally. If you have a pet that needs special attention or even a modicum of training, I'd be happy to help you take care of them. I'm a military veteran and author working from home. I spend my entire day spoiling my pets (I have both cats and dogs, and they get along well enough). I walk the dogs daily, sometimes more than once. The dogs get brushed regularly and the cats get brushed if they make an appearance or we can catch them. As mentioned earlier, I do not crate our pets. I prefer to let them roam, but I occasionally do block off certain areas of the house to prevent naughty behavior. The pets are always rewarded for good behavior with snacks.

About: I've had a dog as part of my family for as long as I can remember. I would walk, feed, and clean up after them as I grew up. At the age of 16, I found my pup, Tessa, at the Animal Humane and got my first job just so I could have her (Yes, I paid for everything for her by myself). Since then I have had her by my side through finishing high school, finishing my undergrad, moving cities and states. When I was finishing my undergrad I decided to get another pup so my girl could have a sibling especially once I started working full time. I got my boy, Haka, at six weeks old and now he is 6yrs. Growing up I use to walk my neighbors pug multiple times a week. When in high school we had multiple dogs in the household that required extra care and attention due to their different personalities and temperaments. With my dog being bigger than the other dogs in my family I had to take measures to ensure all of them remained safe. This mainly involved having different play times and feeding them separately. For example: One of the dogs was very territorial over toys and would lash out at any other dog that came around, however, this pup was the smallest one so it was essential for me to mitigate the opportunity for a bad situation. This involved monitoring the situation at all times when the toy was out, keeping the dogs separated, or removing the toys altogether. I’m currently shifting to a new career field, so I am at home full time and plan to be throughout summer. I am a very active person with two of my own high energy pups that love to play at home or the dog park and loves walks/runs. I live in a townhome that has a relatively small yard and have a dog door that allows for anytime potty breaks. I have a tall back fence completely enclosing the yard. I live with a mile of two parks and the walking path on Tramway, and a few miles from trails or the dog park. The safety of mine and your pets is the main priority, so transparency is very important. All animals have different personalities, and stress of a new environment can change how they behave so it’s important that I know how they may react so I can put proper measures in place to keep everyone safe.

“Alex was remarkable! My Gus has never been with a sitter and was in a house fire last week, which left him a bit traumatized. Alex took such good care of him, his wife crocheted a toy for him and I now know Gus is good around kids! Thank you so much for beeing so kind to my little boy and on such short notice!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!❤️”
