About: Hello! My name is Jackie and I have countless years of experience caring for pups of all sizes and ages. I was the primary caretaker for our family dog for 15 years, have worked in many animal care facilities ranging from a dog grooming boutique to the zoo! On top of my hands-on experience with dogs and cats, I have an educational background in wildlife conservation. Raisa went above and beyond by giving Bonita extra home-cooked dog food and comforting her during loud noises and thunderstorms. Bonita also loved spending time with her daughter and husband too. About: I’ve always had dogs and cats my whole life. I’ve watched friends’ pets in the past to help them out. I’ve boarded and walked on multiple occasions. I work during the day M-F. During the summer my two very responsible 19 and 20 year olds are home to help out and play with the animals as well. I’m looking at this as a learning opportunity in responsibility for them. I have a small yard and live in a nice neighborhood that is good for walking. I have a dog named Westley who is 3 1/2 and a cat, Daisy, that is 6. Both have been around both dogs and cats. Daisy generally will hide if she’s scared. Westley loves to play.

Alexis was fantastic. We only had our puppy for 4 weeks before we boarded with Alexis. I was nervous as I had never used a boarding service with a stranger. She kept us informed of how our puppy was doing. When we picked up the puppy, she didn’t want to leave Alexis.
We were nervous leaving our dog for the first time and our kids didn’t want to leave her either. Jen and the family were very reassuring. Sent a couple pictures a day with updates and speedy responses. We were very pleased with the care and that she has dogs which our dog loves to play with other dogs so was a major plus in our books. We definitely would love to have Jen watch our dog, Sadie, again!
Anthony took care of Mako well over the weekend. She managed to escape (through no fault of Anthony, she jumps 8-foot fences when she feels like it), and he was excellent and communicative about returning her to safety. Apparently she decided she liked it there since she did not try to escape again. Would recommend him to others.
Zach and Kristin were amazing with Shrek! They sent tons of great updates and photos throughout his stay, which made me feel so comfortable knowing he was happy and having fun. They were also super flexible with my pickup time, which I really appreciated. Shrek clearly had the best time because he came home completely pooped! I would absolutely recommend them and would happily have them watch Shrek again.
Amanda was fantastic with Charlie! She was very communicative, quick to respond, and sent regular updates throughout his stay, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She was also very kind and easy to work with. I could tell when I picked Charlie up that he was comfortable, happy, and had a great time with Amanda!
We rebooked with Mindy for a recent trip after our experience with her last time. Our dog is a little bit neurotic & high maintenance and doesn’t like to be left alone in new places. It is so so so nice to be able to go on vacation and not worry about her because Mindy takes such good care of her. My dog randomly stopped eating and Mindy figured out that if she changed her bowl she would eat. She took her for plenty of walks and gave her plenty of snuggles - our dog even gets to sleep in Mindy’s bed at night! We are so relieved to have found Mindy and would recommend her to anyone.
Jennifer was great with our dog Sadie. We were nervous at first leaving her to someone for her first time. Jennifer made us feel at ease and made the whole process flawless. Sadie did great in her care and now she has new friends Jennifer and Matilda . We can't thank her enough. It all worked out great and will definitely book her again in the future.
Cecilia & Amy and the kids were fantastic. As a husky owner it’s never easy to just leave your dog with just anyone. Huskies need to be understand. They tell you exactly what they need and want if you listen. As soon as I touched base I knew this was the perfect place for my Shia for 10 days. All of her favorite things: other husky friends and kids. I received frequent updates and she had a blast. I almost thought she wouldn’t want to come home. Highly recommend. I didn’t worry for a moment whether she’d escape or anything. All the right intake questions were asked. We will be repeat customers.
