About: I have owned dogs all my life. I am currently a hound mom of four. One of my dogs is also deaf. I am experienced in special needs dogs as well as dogs of all ages and sizes! I offer basic training daily -sit, stay, recall, as well as other training by request! For details on services feel free to message me. Website is facebook- Cookie's Hounds I currently have an office job but I am looking to move into full time pet care. I love to wake up and begin my day with letting my dogs into my fenced in yard and enjoying the sunshine. The animals in my care are my #1 priority at all times of the day! I have a fenced in yard that has been hound proofed for any escape artists. I strictly monitor all animals while they are outside as well as inside. Inside I have a gated play room with toys and a lounge for animals and I while indoors. For outside of my home I follow strict care instructions and close if not constant monitoring of animals

About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

About: Your pets will be well taken care of under my supervision. I love to run and walk so your dog will have lots of exercise. I am willing to give medications if needed, I have experience from working at ASPCA. I also love to groom and give baths so your dog will never come home dirty, and nails can be trimmed as needed. Animals are my main priority, and I am currently apprenticing to become a full-time groomer. So this is exceptional experience for my resume. My clients shouldn't have any doubt that their pup/fur baby is not taken care of, and I will only be a phone call away if needed. I have a very flexible schedule, and will always put my clients and their animals first. I currently have an open schedule and a house to care for your pets if needed. I'm available anytime and would love to take the time to care for your fur babies! I have a yard with a long runner for pets that need the extra running space. I also provide long walks and minimal training and grooming. I have 6 years experience grooming dogs.

About: I'm an animal lover and am certified in animal behavior. I have dogs, cats and horses. Had rabbits and I also foster dogs. I work out of my house and have decided to open up my house to boarding to help others who are looking for a different experience from the typical kennel boarding that only has set play time. My girl pups also love the socialization so it's good for them too to have friends come play :) I have a fenced in yard that allows for lots of play time, and a concrete pool if your pet likes to swim. I've sectioned my house off to make sure I've got places for the pups to regroup and decompress if needed. I am hoping to create a place that I would want to put my dogs into when I travel, so we hope you find that here if you are interested! I work full time but own my own business and work out of my house. I generally work with the dogs in the morning, lunch time and after work. If weather is good the pups can all run around in the yard with supervision from me. If weather is bad we do structured play time in the house and regular walks. I do try to get them into a routine as its easier on them and me...something like this...breakfast, play time, naps. Lunch hour - walks or play time. Nap. Play time picks up again around 3. I work my calls around naps! If I leave it's usually for 3 hours max and my dad lives with me so they are never completely alone. Fenced in yard. Two friendly pups (1 and 2 years old) who are super social with no real alpha. Cats that are insanely dog friendly. Structured day to tire them out but keep everyone safe and happy as a pack. Puppies and active dogs do really great here.

About: I have never known a life without the love of a pet. My furry family members mean the world to me and I treat every animal I meet with the same love and care! I have been trusted to watch my family and friends dogs since I was 13 and have made friends with English Mastiffs and Chihuahuas alike! I have experience caring for my own sick and elderly pets (giving meds, subcutaneous IVs, special diets, potty schedules, etc) as well as puppy training! I am a special education teacher so I am home all summer with a wide open schedule ready to play and love on your pet friends however you need! I have a large unfenced yard in a quiet, dead end neighborhood, perfect for walks! My yard is not fenced but we have tie outs and long leads, and dogs are never outside unattended. In the house dogs are like our family, with pet beds, lots of toys, and an invite to snuggle on the couch or bed. Our dog is crate trained and is left is his crate when we are not home, so I am entirely comfortable with crating your dogs as well if needed!

“Terri is great! We are getting our pupper acclimated to her “vacation home” for a longer stay later in the year, and after much trial and error found someone that lets us take a trip knowing our furbaby is in good hands. Rover needs more than 5 stars…”

About: I have competed in conformation, obedience, agility and dock diving with various breeds. I have also been grooming for over 10 years. I can offer more than just cuddles, drop ins and walks if needed at an additional fee. I am currently working mostly at night giving me lots of daytime and some nighttime availability. Available every day of the week. From early am to later at night. I have managed multiple dog and horse care facilities and will only bring the best care I have learned over the years to your loved pet. I treat any animal in my care as if they were my own.

Brooke M.
“Testimonial for Cookie’s Hounds I cannot recommend Brooke highly enough! From the moment I met them, I felt an instant connection and knew my furry friend would be in great hands. Brooke is not only incredibly professional but also genuinely loves animals, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. During my trip, I received regular updates and adorable photos of my dog, Angel which made my time away so much easier. It was clear that Brooke took the time to engage with Angel, ensuring she was happy, healthy, and well-exercised. They even went above and beyond by sticking to Angel’s routine, which I truly appreciated. When I returned home, Angel was relaxed and content, a testament to the wonderful care he received. I could tell she had formed a bond with Brooke, and I felt grateful knowing he was loved and cared for just like she would be at home. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, caring, and attentive dog sitter, look no further than Brooke, I will definitely be booking their services again in the future! John R.
“I can't recommend John enough as a pet caregiver on Rover. He has a natural gift with animals, especially dogs, and his empathy and dedication truly shine through in everything he does. For the past two years, John has been the sole caretaker for our elderly, disabled childhood dog. His commitment and love for him have been unwavering, even during the most challenging times. John's deep bond with animals is evident in the way he goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being. He doesn’t just take care of pets; he builds meaningful connections with them, ensuring they feel loved, safe, and cared for. He has a strong sense of responsibility and he approaches his work with seriousness and integrity. I have full confidence that any pet in his care will receive the highest level of attention and love. As our dog nears the end of his life, it's clear how much he means to John, and it's been incredibly touching to witness his devotion. His genuine affection for animals is unmatched. He is interested in becoming a pet caregiver because he loves to spend time with animals, and I know he will bring the same level of care, compassion, and responsibility to every dog he looks after on Rover. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like family, John is a wonderful choice.”
