“For us to get to know Norma, I booked a meet and greet plus 2 doggie day cares leading up to our 10-day Mexico vacation. Everything worked out beautifully, so that by the time we actually left, Juliet was quite comfortable and friendly with both Norma and her Boston Terrier, Lily. Norma spent extra time and patience with Juliet (with feeding) to help ease her anxiety with being left overnight... and so with Norma's nurturing demeanor, Juliet adapted easily into their family and routine, and even made a great new doggie friend! We got a happy healthy dog back after our vacation, and we were very much at ease with Norma's communication with us throughout. Highly recommend!!!!”

Over the past 16 years Renee has helped my family and myself care for (and love!) our dogs (often large breeds of 3 or more at one time), rabbits, cats, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, fish, and other animals. Renee has done anything our pets have needed from feedings (often several times a day), walks and exercise, and daily medication management along with ensuring our pets are given special attention and love while we are away! Very prompt and reliable Renee also does a great job of keeping us informed with photos and updates on our pets. No matter how long or often care is needed I trust Renee to lovingly take care of our pets and handle anything our animals need.”

“Karina is amazing! Spent time with my puppy to learn better walking skills and kept her busy all day while we were away because of my husband’s health needs. It made my day so much better knowing how much Bailey was cared for while we were gone. She sent multiple pictures and also filled me in on the fun they were having. “Rikki and her family were excellent!! It was our first time boarding our 10 month old pup Luna, so we were nervous (and a bit high maintenance), but she put us at ease and was very communicative. Luna stayed about two full days and nights with Rikki. We met Rikki, her small kids, and other pups (two own, two other Rovers) at drop off — everyone was wonderful. They all spent tons of time outside with Luna, which is exactly what we wanted for her. Luna and the pups played around as soon as we got there, and based on Rikki’s pics/messages, that’s most of what they did for the two days. We came by to walk Luna after the first overnight, thinking she might have some separation anxiety, but Luna was happily tail wagging from the puppy party. Overnight, Luna slept in the bed with Rikki and her sweet daughter — again exactly what we hoped for. When we picked Luna up, she was happy as ever - thrilled to see us, but also seemed a bit torn to leave her new friends behind. Such is life. Perfect, sweet family for an energetic sweet pup that is good with social situations. Will absolutely come back to Rikki if we have another boarding need while in town.”

“Andrea was helpful and communicative about my dog's stay. My dog reacted positively to her both before and after the visit. When she had a question, she asked, which was much appreciated! I felt we were on the same page. There was another dog in the house for part of the time, which was not in her profile, but she explained and made accommodations as needed so my pup (who is sometimes nervous with other dogs) could feel comfortable. I am also used to being able to enter the premises where my dog will be, and I wasn't able to do that at Andrea's place. The outside and the neighborhood were both well cared for. Andrea explained everything and sent me several photos of my dog getting comfortable. That really helped me feel at ease. All in all, it was a great experience, and I would recommend Andrea to others!”

“After meeting Alicia I knew our dog was in good hands. Leaving your dog with a stranger is not easy, but with a fenced in yard and other dogs of her own, I knew our dog would be properly cared for. Alicia provided us with updates, photos and even went the extra mile trying to conquer our dog’s hunger strike each time we leave him. It’s nice to know other people are willing to love your pet the same as you would so you can enjoy some time away from home. We’ll be back!”
