Please note: I only accept crate trained dogs so everyone has a safe place to be when I'm not home. I have always loved dogs ever since I was a little girl. Growing up we had two Labradors and when I moved away after college, I rescued a German Shorthair Pointer mix named Miles. It was my first experience raising a dog from a puppy by myself and I loved it! Miles loved to hike and was obsessed with tennis balls! The past 20 years, I've had a Doberman who was a retired seeing eye dog, a Shepherd mix, and my current pup Rosie is a Labrador Retriever. In March 2025, I adopted Teddy, a Black Labrador Retriever. Both of my dogs are laid back and good with other dogs. Over the years I have learned to take care of dogs from puppy stage, adulthood, and into their senior years.

Suzanne took great care of my dog! She sent me lots of pictures and she is a good communicator! She walked my dog and Lola always looked happy in the pictures! I would definitely use her again! I highly recommend her!
Suzanne made boarding our pup EASY! She got back to me right away about our request, confirmed our booking a week before, made drop off and pick up super simple, and sent pictures during our pup's stay. 5-star sitter, all around! Bonus that my dog had such a great time with her dogs, too. :)

Schedule
Because I'm a teacher, during the school year, I can take care of dogs who are used to being at home for the day and who are crate trained. My schedule allows me to be back home in the afternoon to walk, play with and care for your dog. I also have a large fenced in backyard to play fetch and where your dog, Rosie and Teddy can run.

I have a large, shady fenced in backyard for your dog and my friendly Labradors to play and run. Your dog can nap where they feel comfortable on a dog bed or couch. I also have an extra dog crate to create a safe and den-like environment for your pup.

A typical day
We will spend lots of time outside in the yard playing, relaxing on the deck, going for walks in the neighborhood and snoozing on the couch.

- Because I have two Labradors if my own, I need to keep my home a safe space, I cannot accept bookings with alpha dogs or aggressive dogs. If your dog has a history of aggression, even if it was one time, I cannot accommodate your request. Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or takes any medication. I am happy to accommodate needs, but cannot accept aggressive dogs.
