“If I could give Paul 12 stars I would. We had planned for months to secure a sitter for our dogs (one w special needs) which fell through last minute. We found Paul literal days before our trip out of the country for over a week. Let me count the ways in which we unintentionally threw him curve balls: - my laptop broke right before leaving and he had to manage a delivery from my company - only a day in my sister had an emergency (no heat) and her entire family had to move in! We kept Paul on during the day while my sisters family stayed overnight. - my sister also had a dog and we had to add an additional dog to the scope. Also, it was a great Dane! No small ask. - there was a huge snowstorm and he couldn't even drive down the road! With every single bump, Paul stayed calm, professional, and communicative.
