“Anne was so sweet to our fur babies! From our first contact I could tell Anne had our dogs’ best interest at heart. We originally made the booking for our three dogs, but sadly our oldest passed away about a week before the trip. When I shared the news with Anne she was incredibly kind and sympathetic. Leaving our girls was hard after the recent loss of our oldest, but I had no doubt Anne would take excellent care of them—and she did not disappoint! I was impressed by the detailed updates which included pictures. She took them for walks in addition to outdoor time in her backyard and let them sleep with her. Cassandra made Banjo feel at home and kept him in a normal, relaxed environment and routine.”
