About: I am able to build a genuine bond with each pet. I take time to understand their unique routines, behaviors, and preferences, so they feel safe, happy, and loved, even when you are away. I am reliable, detail-oriented, and treat every pet as if they were my own, with lots of affection, play, and attention. Whether it’s daily walks, medication, or just cuddle time, I go the extra mile to make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable. I have my own pet sitting business, and I have never turned down a client in the five years I have owned my company. I always find time for pets. I have a chocolate lab named Jumbo, who is treated the equivalent of royalty. As for the animals I pet-sit for, I walk them three times a day (more or less depending on the age), play with them for at least 30 minutes outside, feed them, and tuck them into bed.

“Shea was a HUGE help to me when I needed it with very short notice! She was quick to respond and made sure that my dog was taken care of. Will definitely call on her again, and would recommend to others!”

About: I used to have a dog of my own before she passed away when I was really young. Even though I begged for another dog, my parents believed it just wasn’t for us anymore so I started volunteering at my local SPCA. There I was given the opportunity to be trained and work my way up to working with different kinds of dogs because they’re categorized by their unique personality types. And seeing the way they all differently interact with me is my favorite part. I do currently have a part time job and a full time student. But my summers usually widen up and I’m always free Friday’s to enjoy the beautiful and sunny days for a walk. I have a spacious and fenced backyard along with a park that’s less than a mile walk away from me. I’m also near White Rock Lake which has a beautiful outdoor trail. I currently have no young children at home.

“Blair was amazing with my black lab Halee! She was super sweet, and very patient with my hyperactive dog. With Blair, I trusted that my dog was in great hands. I will definitely rebook with her in the future.”

“Cyndy was wonderful with my senior pup. Very reliable and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!”

“I had a last minute work meeting and I needed her help! She responded same day and was communicative and great! Highly recommended, thank you!!🙏🏼”

About: I've been with Rover since January of 2024, and I've had a lot of experience with pets throughout my life. Growing up, my family almost always had cats and/or dogs as pets, and I learned how to take care of them. I trained my family's dog to be a certified therapy dog and took him regularly to volunteer with children at a homeless shelter. I'm also a foster pet caretaker for Dallas Animal Services and have had other prior pet-sitting experience, including taking care of a dog with medical needs (regular insulin shots). I love animals and very much enjoy spending time with them! I'm a graduate student who only has one class this summer and only works 11 hours a week, so I'll have lots of availability for taking care of your pets! I sometimes have other plans on weekends or holidays, but I'm pretty flexible otherwise! I keep my calendar updated regularly with any unavailable dates. As a petsitter or dog-walker, I will make sure to communicate with you to understand how I can best take care of your pet(s). If I'm walking your dog(s), I'll be careful to avoid allowing them to get overheated (especially in these Texas summers!), keep them hydrated, clean up their waste, and make sure I understand what the appropriate length and intensity of walk is for a given dog. If I'm doing a drop-in visit or house-sitting for any dog(s) or cat(s) in your home, I'll make sure that their needs are cared for (such as food, water, and potty needs), spend time with them (playing and showing affection), and provide any special care that they need (like giving medications). If you book me for an hour-long drop-in visit or house-sitting, I'm happy to do a dog walk(s) in addition to regular duties. If I'm doing an overnight visit, I'll stay the whole time unless we discuss my leaving for a short time. For any service, I can provide pictures of your pet(s) and give updates on how they're doing!

About: I've taken care of puppies as young as 6 wks. old and even senior dogs (16+), so I'm prepared to be very attentive to your fur baby & provide them with the best care & lots of love as possible. I currently work from home, so I'm here all day to watch & care for your precious baby. My job isn't too demanding & I'm mostly a night owl, which is when I get my best work done. I love going to the dog park and getting to meet all the other doggies and loving on them. Also, don't mind afternoon/midday walks for those energetic pups! I have a fenced-in yard and a very loving, sweet, & energetic baby boy (he's 7, lol) to keep your fur baby company & entertained. I can also separate them if needed/preferred.

About: I have had dogs growing up my whole life! I have my childhoood dog who is almost 13 yrs old stay with me 50/50 (shared custody with my parents bc I love him so much) he has some allergies etc so that said - I know how to give medicines, eye drops, whatever it may be! I work completely remote so am always available during the week! I love playing with fur babies and will be able to give them ample attention:) I have a small fenced yard so I can let the dog out anytime they need! My best friend also lives next door and has a 2 yr old golden retriever who loves play dates! Or if you have an older dog who love to chill and hang out, they will have a special place in my <3

About: I grew up with dogs (both large and small) and many cats. I started caring for pets 17 years ago. About: I am the go to for friends and family to care for their loving pets. It gives me great joy to care for them and to know my loved ones are in complete trust that I will love and care for them. I retired from selling eyewear to drs offices after 15 years w the company. I have a lot of free time and want to spend it doing what I enjoy most. I live in a condo and have one 7 year old British Shorthair. I never let her outside, and she is great company for me!

Deb is great with Petunia! She was very flexible to meet before so that petunia could get acquainted with her. She’s very caring for Petunia’s need and always lets me know when she’s in the house to walk her. I’m definitely reaching out again if needed.

Aztrid has been awesome! We have an anxious little guy and we were nervous getting our first rover, but she has been willing to go above and beyond as a rover and help Milo get comfortable. Highly recommend :)

Like always, Tara goes above and beyond! It’s very nice to not be stressed when out of town cause I know my pets are well taken care of. Thank you again!
