About: I have taken care of all types of animal my entire life, from cats and dogs, to snakes and fish, as well as horses and goats. Family and friends have always trusted me to take care of their fur babies! Hello! I have been a pet parent my entire life. I have a bachelor’s degree in exercise and nutrition science and I am currently an O&P resident. I walked dogs with WAG while in Houston, TX for a year in grad school. I also walked dogs in Franklin, Tennessee for four months while in a residency there. I am now in SLC for 4 months in residency. I have also been professionally trained as a dog bather at my family’s dog grooming salon in my home town. I have a love for all animals and can’t wait to meet yours! Please check out all of the services I offer and feel free to ask me any questions! I am currently a full time resident/student, I have some times where I am not going to be available but for the most part I am available whenever! I will not be available for boarding. I have personal animals and I am not comfortable keeping other people’s pets in my home at this time.

“I have used Alexis twice now, she is amazing! My boy, Lucipurr is diabetic and Alexis is AMAZING at making sure he is well taken care of and receives his insulin injections. I love seeing the updates with photos of Lucipurr and Pawley (when she decides to come out). I feel so much better about going out of town knowing Alexis is going to love on my furr babies while I am gone. Thank You Alexis!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life, I grew up with them and took good care of them to their very last days! I’m no stranger to senior dogs either, my childhood pets made it all the way to college to me! I love dogs and have a special heart for the misunderstood ones (grew up with pit bulls 🥹) I currently work part-time and I’m a full time graduate student, taking a light load, at Alabama A&M! With that being said I’m punctual and versatile when it comes to my schedule I’m well versed in reading a dog’s body language and I always made sure my own dogs followed the rules when my father wasn’t home. To enable trust between the owners and the dogs I willing to provide updates throughout the day/night to ensure safety in all corners. Listening and understanding their needs is something I’m well knowledgeable in while also keeping them in routine and of course spoiling them like little babies.

“Kai was very helpful while I was on Christmas vacation. She always checked on my cat on time and gave me lots of updates. I couldn't be happier and will hire again in the future 😄”

“Dorisa took care of my two cats over the weekend. One of them is 16 years old with hyperthyroidism and requires twice a day medication 12 hours apart. The other is a young, very shy and skittish 6-year-old that is afraid of everyone and everything! And yet, Dorisa somehow managed to win her over completely ?. Dorisa is the best pet sitter I have ever had, hands down! At the meet and greet, she asked all the pertinent questions about the pets, their routine and what was needed not only for the pets but also things like if the mail needed to be picked up or the plants watered. She has a great personality that immediately puts one's mind at ease about leaving the fur babies in her care. She is everything anyone could ever want in a pet sitter. She is punctual, extremely thorough, spends a lot of one-on-one time with the pets in addition to taking care of all the mandatory routine tasks like medicating, feeding, watering, and scooping litter boxes. And her reports after each visit are so wonderful?. They are very detailed, professional and yet humorous and personally engaging at the same time (and include several photos of the pets). It's so obvious she really loves animals and enjoys being with them and giving them the best possible loving care. There is no doubt at all that I will be wanting her to take care of my kitties in the future.”

About: Growing up, I always had a handful of dogs which I took care of and loved for most of the day! I am the person who oohs and ahhs over every dog on the street! I rescued my two year old golden doodle and grew up with mainly rescued pups! I just started law school at Ole Miss! I have very open afternoons and evenings during the week and fully open on weekends. I care for my dog, Bentley at home regularly and could accommodate other pets. I always want to make any pet I care for feel comfortable and not threatene. I understand how different pets react to certain circumstances and it is important to take things slow and adjust your behavior to cater to the pets needs. Every owner has different guidelines that should be followed to ensure the best care for their loved pet.

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs and cats over the past 15 years. My family has relied on me many times to walk and feed their pets while they're away. I’ve personally had three senior dogs so I am familiar with their special needs. Also, as a nurse I am comfortable giving medications if needed. I work full time as a nurse. I work three shifts a week and it is the same days each week, so I am available regularly during the week. I have three cats currently. They are dog and cat friendly. My backyard is partially enclosed but I live in a walkable neighborhood so I would not leave them out in the backyard since it’s not fully enclosed.

“I was really grateful that Jennifer could stop by to check on my cat with such short notice while I was out for the day. She was on time, sent pictures, and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Definitely will use her services in the future!”

About: I have had anywhere from 2-5 dogs at all ages of my life and many breeds such as Labs, GSPs, chihuahuas, and mixes of everything in between! I currently have two large breed female dogs that are my babies, and I would love to meet and take care of yours! I am a full-time student, but am free many afternoons and most weekends. I live with my sister who I share my dogs with, so I am flexible in where I can be and when! All of my friends and family commend me on how good of a dog mom I am, and I can truly say my dogs are my kids! Safety and health is my number 1 priority, as well as keeping them happy and comfortable.

“Raegan was great! Prompt and on time! We are new to the area and have only been in the new house for a week or so and Willy was very protective of my daughter with a stranger at his home but Raegan was very patient and he warmed right up to her!”

About: I’ve had and taken care of many dogs since I was learned how to walk. From pit bulls and cane corso’s to small dogs like chihuahua’s and Shih Tzu’s! I am currently employed for closing shifts so I am available for the entirety of the week during the day, I prefer mornings or afternoons before 2pm but I can work with evenings if needed. All dogs will stay in my living room with kibble, treats and water provided unless there is special dietary needs. I have lots of toys to keep clients dogs entertained and I go for walks twice a day. If my services is needed at the clients house I will follow their schedules.
