About: I will take care of as if my own. I tend to get attached and fall in Love fast with furry friends. It’s actually called baby kitty syndrome. Like when you want to squeeze them so hard you will hurt them. Lol I need something to do with myself and make a little extra cash. I’ve lived with dogs, cats, birds, fish and rabbits all my life. I rescued 2 dogs, brother and sister, from the woods when they were 6wks old. They made it to be 16. I do have issues with my left leg/foot and lower back. So I won’t be able to lift more than 25lb max. I’m new to the area so this will help me to get out of my house and do something. I actually watch pets to get my fur baby fix and for a place to stay, specially when I travel. And im usually solo on my travels I will stay in your home to make things as stress free as possible for your fur babies. I will follow all your instructions and love them as my own

“Mary and Gene were very kind and caring sitters. Georgie is usually very timid around strangers. However, he warmed up to them quickly. They treated Georgie to his favorite activities. Those being sitting on their laps with his blanket, taking walks, and just enjoying the outdoors. I highly recommend Mary and will be calling upon her again.”

About: I’ve taken care of the dogs in my neighborhood since I was 11. I’ve dogsat for neighbors and walked dogs before. Most of my family has dogs so when they go out of town I watch their pets. I train for soccer every morning, so dog walking is a great way for me to stay active and keep my legs stretched and warm. I have a super flexible schedule outside of my morning training! I will mainly be walking dogs and will make sure they are hydrated, are able to do their business, and enjoy their time out in the sun and nature! If I am dog sitting in your home I will make sure the dog feels comfortable in his home and that everything is in order when I arrive and leave!

About: "Whoever said diamonds are a girl's best friend...never owned a dog" I live in a townhouse in Williamsburg with husband, our 1 year old daughter and our puppy, Korben. Dog sitting is a full family experience in our home, both our daughter and puppy love it when we have house guests. In fact our daughter’s first word was “doggie”, so it’s very important that dogs that come into our home do well with children as much as they do well with other dogs. While we don’t have a fenced in yard we make up for it with a walking path in the neighborhood and many other walking trails close by, we generally go on two walks a day, weather permitting. I've been sitting for my friends and family for as long as I can remember. So if your looking for a place where your dog will be well cared for and have a lot of fun in the process, look no further. Please don't hesitate to e-mail me with further questions, I want you to feel comfortable when you leave your dog with me while you are out of town. I work mostly from home so your pup will have the hands on attention they deserve! We offer ample love and attention through walks and belly rubs. There are occasions I will need to leave the house for work, but I’m usually not gone more than an hour or so. In those instances we’ll recreate what you do with your pup when leave your home. I really try to mimic your routine at home as best as possible. I know that coming to a new home can be stressful for the pup so I try to ease that transition by sticking to your routine as best I can.

About: Drawing on over 15 years of pet care expertise, I offer professional pet sitting and walking services. As an accomplished animal trainer and former zookeeper, I bring a unique skill set to ensure your pets receive the best care. Beyond professional experience, my commitment is personal – with two senior rescue dogs, one with special needs, I understand the importance of compassionate and tailored care for your furry family members. I maintain a flexible schedule, thanks to my work-from-home position and ongoing pursuit of a master's degree. This adaptability allows me to provide personalized and attentive care for your pets, ensuring they receive the time and attention they deserve. While we have a small fenced-in yard, our home is characterized by a commitment to regular walks. Even the simplest strolls are cherished moments for your pets, allowing them to indulge in the joy of exploring scents and stretching their legs. Rest assured, your furry companions will experience both the security of our yard and the excitement of outdoor adventures.

About: Welcome to our pack! We’re a retired military family of six—four humans, two pups, and a whole lot of dog-loving energy. Our crew includes our spunky Chihuahua, Jake, who runs the show, and our goofy Lab, Huck, who’s all about fetch and belly rubs. With two young animal whisperers (ages 5 and 12) leading the charge, we’ve been surrounded by wagging tails our whole lives—pets are family to us! Now, we’re opening our home (and hearts) to your furry friends. Whether it’s boarding in our cozy Williamsburg chalet, popping by for drop-ins at your place, or taking your pup on a walk to sniff out the neighborhood, we’ve got you covered. Our girls are thrilled to shower the dogs with love (and maybe a few extra treats). From our military days, we bring reliability and care to every tail-wagging task. Your pup will get the VIP treatment—playtime, cuddles, and a home-away-from-home vibe. Let’s make some new furry memories together!” Our family primarily works from home. Jeff has to travel from time to time, but Megan is always home to care for all your dogs needs when he is gone. I have a fenced yard and two playful loving pups to ensure they have constant companionship. Very safe and quiet environment with close walking access to Capital trail and low traffic neighborhood walks.

Shalynn P.

“My dog came back from a weekend with Shalynn and he was sad to be home. He just laid around and moped (which he normally does when company leaves so I know how to recognize it). I consider that a huge win for the perfect pet sitter. My Lance is definitely missing Shalynn and his new playmate Chloe. Shalynn was great with sending me pictures and keeping me updated on their adventures at the dog park, during their walks, and puppy bonding inside. I see why my puppy missed both of them. She was the perfect sitter for us and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area. Thank you for letting me know my puppy was in great hands and for giving him lots of love while we were away.”

Gracyn D.
“Gracyn is incredible with all pets. Not only is she incredibly loving to all animals, but her background and expertise in animal care and psychology means she knows how to care for your pets health and well-being better than most. She even helped us train our rescue dog and helped us build trust with him! We (and our dog) love Gracyn!”

They went above and beyond to ensure my pup was comfortable, happy, and well-cared for during my time away. Their attention to detail was amazing — from sending regular updates and photos to taking the time to ensure my dog’s specific needs were met. I felt completely at ease knowing my fur baby was in such capable and loving hands. Whether it's for a quick walk or extended care, they are truly the best! I’ll definitely be calling them again for future pet care. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my dog!”
