No issues at all. So I felt better leaving these two babies in her care. She kept us updated, sent pics, and even left a doggie bag with treats for each of the dogs on her last day with them. She even remembered my older dog’s issues and found treats she could have. Takodea went above and beyond. When we got back the dogs were calm and happy. About: I have taken care of dogs of all ages and breeds! I’m very reliable for feeding, walking, and maintaining a safe play environment for your pup! We will be able to go on walks up and down the neighborhood or to local dog parks! I currently only work 2 days at the beginning of the week and am typically home the rest of the time! Your fur baby will be allowed to hang out in my house alone or in their kennel, if preferred! When I am not home, my partner is and has years of pet experience as well! I have 4 super friendly pups that love playing with other dogs in our fenced-in backyard! They are all currently caught up on all vaccinations.

About: I have been taking care of dogs, in my household and for family friends. About ten years ago I started watching dogs and cats in high school for people who used the same vets office as I did. I have done overnight stays, walks, drop ins, and taken them to veterinary appointments. I have a senior dog at home and have taken him through puppy, intermediate and advanced training. As I mentioned, he is in his senior years so I spend a large majority of my time taking him for short walks in the cooler mornings and making sure he has the best senior years possible. :) I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so pet care is the majority of my daily and weekly routine. Outside play and walking are how I spend my mornings, and when it starts to heat up I focus on preparing treats and that stimulate the pets minds and keep them entertained without over heating. In the cooler weather if the dogs like to be outside we take longer walks or soak in the sun like my senior pup. Depending on the clients home, I am fine with crating them to be safe and make sure they are not getting into things in between drop ins. I have extensive leash training for dogs so walking will not be an issue. If there is a fenced yard I am happy to play games with them and run around.
About: Growing up with Pitbulls, I have no fear of dogs of any kind. I have experience sitting for cats and dogs. Most I’ve sat for at 1 time is 5, 2 dogs, 3 cats!! I’m starting college at the end of August and will be available to sit in the evenings and weekends! If local I can pop in and out throughout the day, if not I’ll spend the afternoon with them. We Eat, We Play, We Potty, We Relax, and We Repeat. I also have experience with tedious meal times and medications for pets. Which will be easy to incorporate into that schedule.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
