“We left our 1-year-old pup with Nayla and Zeina for 5 days and they took SUCH great care of him! He loves being outdoors and Nayla took the dogs on off-leash walks twice a day, as well as made sure our pup was comfortable and ‘at home’ in her home. It was our first time leaving him with someone and Nayla very kindly sent lots of photos and videos. It was clear our pup was LOVING his time playing with Nayla, Zeina, and their many other dog friends too. Nayla was also super helpful and flexible in coordinating drop off and pickup for times that would work with our flights. Overall it was such a great experience and we can’t recommend Nayla enough!!”

About: I am an animal lover and am the person all the friends reach out if they need a sitter. I have recently relocated from LA. I can take your fur babies to the beach, dog park, regular park, hiking, or just Netflix and take naps. Im very punctual so meals will be given on time, peepee poopoo walks at least every 2-4hrs, if theres med will be given on time, Lots of vid/photos will be sent if requested. This is my full time for now so taking care of fur babies all say 24/7 Your fur babies will not be alone for a second My place has an unfenced yard and im right next to the lake 30 sec walk to the beach. We can hang out at home or go to a park. Same applies if we were at your place

About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. Over the past six years, I’ve helped raise four puppies and regularly care for dogs belonging to family and friends, sometimes having up to six dogs in my home at once. I have a 4-year-old Golden Retriever, Lucy, and two cats. My home has hard floors, a doggie door, and a large, secure backyard with plenty of room to explore and play. I also love taking dogs out for walks and fresh air. I care for my grandbaby at home one day a week, so I keep a safe, calm, and well-managed environment. While I’m new to Rover, I’m definitely not new to caring for dogs and love making visiting pups feel like part of the family. 🐾 My days vary, but because I work from home, I’m around most of the time. Aside from an occasional errand or Pilates class, you’ll usually find me in my home office, out in the yard, or spending time with the animals. Walks, playtime, backyard exploring, and plenty of cuddles naturally fit into my day, so visiting pups get lots of attention and companionship while they’re here. 🐾 My home is very pet-friendly and already set up with animals in mind. I have hard floors, a puppy-proofed environment, a doggie door, and a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to explore and play. I’m attentive to each dog’s personality, routine, and comfort level, and I supervise introductions with Lucy and my two cats carefully. I’m also happy to separate pets or adjust the environment when needed so everyone feels safe and relaxed. Because I’m home most of the day, I’m able to keep a close eye on visiting pups and make sure they’re getting the right balance of play, rest, attention, and affection. 🐾

This was my first time leaving Rocky due to a last minute family emergency and it was a great success :) we came by for a meet and greet prior to drop off and it felt great to be so confident Rocky would be in great hands. He had so much fun, lots of activities and play time. Tasha was communicative and sent lots of adorable pictures and videos. Rocky is not great with recall so Tasha’s husband made a zip line so Rocky could easily explore as much of their property as possible! They really went above and beyond in so many ways. About: Hi there! I’m Barr, a wife and mother with a lifelong love for animals. We have a sweet 15-year-old Jack Russell named Indie, and I honestly can’t remember a time in my life when I didn’t have a pet. Animals have always been a huge part of our family, and our compassion for them is one of the reasons we chose a vegan lifestyle. I also worked as a veterinary assistant for two years, where I gained hands-on experience caring for pets and supporting their health and well-being. As a mom, I’m now looking to earn a little extra income while doing something that truly matters to me—spending time with and caring for animals. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I will treat your pets with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I’m a stay-at-home mom, so my schedule is incredibly flexible. This is one of the reasons why I wanted to start doing this and would be perfect for any spontaneous short or long trips! I have a spacious backyard, but unfortunately, it’s not fenced. To keep our dog, Indie, who is incredibly friendly with all animals, safe, I usually take them for three walks each day. We shower her with cuddles and treats from my husband, our baby girl and I each and every day ☺️

About: I have lived in Tahoe for 25 years and always had my own dog and watched over my friend's dogs throughout the years. My best friend (Maggie - Retriever) passed away 18 months ago and I watch many of my friend's dogs frequently, including an elderly short hair retriever that is battling pancreatic cancer. I work from home and board my friend's dogs as well as check in and walk dogs when owners need help. I do have a number of recent references. I have worked from home for 25 years. I am very active and walk frequently. I am an early morning riser and monitor how often dogs need a walk or outside break. Pets are a part of my daily routine. My home: I have beds set up and recognize different doggy routines, ie need to go on the porch for sun, or need to go out for a break and walk. I have a section on my porch and in the laundry area for their food and water and a special area where I organize all the food, medication, leaches, doggy bags. I have a place by my couches with a large basket with balls, toys and stuffed doggy animals. I watch a number of my friend's dogs, and each has a unique and special routine and they have all come to trust me a look forward to visiting. I stay a bit at some of my friend's houses if they want me to help with house watch, plants, delivery receipt and other home needs while they are traveling and away on extended trips.
