“Kat was an amazing sitter for our dog Scout! Both days we picked her up, it was very clear she was sad to be leaving Kat’s place 😆, and we could easily tell she was loved and very well exercised throughout the day.”

About: Have had a pet or two pretty much my whole life, and I'm no spring chicken. Currently mom to a cat, 10 years, and a dog, 7 years. They are spoiled with love and attention. Enjoy the walks with my dog and thought it would be nice to meet more dogs in the neighborhood. To note, when walking your dog(s), mine will be relaxing at home. Also, the walks are good for my health. I don't have any special skills but I'm kind and loving. And it's true, I really do hang out with the pets at a party. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry bundles of happiness. At the moment, my schedule is very open and I can be flexible with it. Weekends are no problem. Early mornings, no problem. Late nights, no problem 😊 I'm a renter so I need to be a bit selective on who I can daycare or board. I can give you more insight once I meet your pup.

“Yvonne took such good care of my pup, she is knowledgeable and super willing to work with his quirks and training needs! She makes sure to give such detailed reports of how they spend their day and she gives him great exercise! She also sends lots of photo updates!”

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats, and I have a cat of my own! I have always loved taking dogs out on walks and snuggling with cats. I have experience taking care of dogs and cats, and the odd reptile or bird, and I love getting the opportunity to gain more experience! I am available weekdays and weekends currently, and when school starts in late September, I will be available only on weekends and weekdays after 4pm. I live in an apartment complex that has a fence around the entire property. There’s a courtyard for dog walking/relief, and my apartment is pet friendly since I own a cat of my own. I walk dogs often, and feed my pets on every morning and night. I have a harness for my cat since he likes going outside, and I know not all cats like that. I give plenty of attention to my pets, and I might spoil them once in a while!

“She was very welcoming and accommodating. My dog has separation anxiety, but she was able to keep him busy and provided helpful distractions. Saipan did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend her services.”

About: I've grown up with dogs and cats and have been pet/house sitting for family friends since about 16 years old. I've recently (Dec 2024) rescued my own first pup, a German Shepherd mix and have experience training and house breaking a high energy/high drive puppy since 3.5 months old (she's almost a year old now). I've also cared for a senior dog and given oral medication/ear drops. I look forward to meeting and caring for some new fluffy friends! I work from home part time starting at 0630 and usually finished by 09-1000. After that I take my pup to run at the park or for a walk/jog that is usually finished before lunch. I am generally free mid-day through the afternoons, but I am very flexible with my schedule. Until the end of the August, I cannot offer day care or boarding. I do have a fenced a yard and plenty of space for doggy guests when the time comes! I am able to do drop in visits and walks until then, so whatever feeding, potty breaks, exercise, medication, or other needs your dog has, I am able to come by and provide that throughout the day!

“Arilynn is 10/10!! I needed a sitter within the out and she was available, I was so thankful. She kept me updated on how my dog was doing and was attentive to my dog’s special needs (arthritis) and my requests for her care. Thank you so much!”

“Michelle is awesome! Queso had an amazing time playing with her dogs and I know this because I got so many photo and video updates during the day. I would 100% leave Queso in Michelle’s care again.”

About: I can't imagine life without a dog! All my life I've used common sense and loads of love to care for my furry babies. I am a responsible and very loving pet owner. Since I am retired, my schedule is very flexible; I'm home most of the time. When I do work, it is usually on my computer in short periods. Your baby will receive lots of one-on-one attention and snuggles. I am retired and have lots of space in my home. Although there's no fenced yard, I will take your baby out on a leash and give them loads of love and attention.

“Cher was very accommodating with drop-off timing and pick-up with unknowns like traffic. Maverick was well taken care of with multiple walks and attention. Maverick will be back in October for a longer stay, and I now know he will be in good hands. Cher is going to be a good fit for Maverick!”

“It was our first time using Rover and Kami made it a great first experience. She watched our 6 month old golden retriever for ~4 hours while we were at a wedding. She took him for a walk and sent us photos. We are not from the area, but if we were, we would definitely be repeat customers :)”

About: I grew up training and showing med-large size dogs for 4-H (club) from the age of 10-13. Entered my dog in a dog agility course one of the years. Recently worked at a doggy daycare/training facility for several months. I took an online course about dog safety and health and have handled all sorts of dogs. I've helped raise 3 litters of puppies and sold them to responsible, loving families. I have a huge understanding of dogs and what they need from experience. An interesting fact- When I was 5 I got seriously injured by a pack of dogs but have not let that fear shy me away from challenges when it comes to dogs. Pet care is something I genuinely enjoy and make time for in my routine. I work a day job during the week, but I’m available for walks, drop-ins, or playtime most evenings after 5 PM. Caring for dogs helps me unwind and stay grounded — it doesn’t feel like work to me. I also aim to open up more availability as I settle into my new job. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always respect the space and follow the routine and preferences laid out by the owner. I keep things calm, clean, and consistent — whether that’s sticking to feeding times, giving meds if needed, or making sure your pup gets the right amount of exercise and attention. I pay close attention to body language and behavior, so I can respond to a pet’s needs with care and patience. Safety and comfort are top priorities, and I treat every pet as if they were my own — with kindness, respect, and lots of love.

About: I love taking care of animals and ensuring their safety and well-being, I grew up with multiple animals in my own home and I have been taking care of animals and a job ever since I was 12 years old. I have previously worked professionally at humane societies and other shelters but wanted to continue my career by helping people in the community who need help with their furry family members. I have experience with pets from 3 week old puppies to 15 year old senior animals, I am able to administer medications and stay on top of any special diets that an animal may have. I will go any lengths to make sure that your pet is safe, happy, and healthy! I currently am aiming to work full time on various pet care websites so my focus is entirely on helping people in the community. While any pets are in my home my focus is put entirely on them to ensure happiness and safety. I work out every morning by walking and running around my neighborhood so any dogs will get substantial outdoor time if allowed. While I do live in an apartment there are amazing parks and outdoor pet designated areas where I go to exercise that I can take dogs to run and play. In my home there are no areas that are off limits and I have room for crates if you would like your dog to be crated occasionally.

“I would 100% recommended Tami when it comes to taking care of your furry friend. I felt very comfortable the moment I met her and my pup Indy loved her, she came home so happy and all played out. I was updated with pictures of her throughout the day (per request) and a really cute video of her getting to play with the other dogs! She just had a blast and I will absolutely be asking Tami to watch my dog again! Thank you so much?❤️”

About: My dog is a female Dutch Shepherd/Malinois mix. These are working breeds and I’ve done much training with her. I’ve fostered working dogs for the past 3 years and have worked with a lot of different dogs and needs! I’ve had about 20 foster dogs who stayed anywhere from 3 to 15 months with me. When you board a dog with me, they don’t just have a place to stay, I also work on basic obedience. When your dog is with me, it’s like it’s my pup and I treat it with care, love and affection as well as set good boundaries and work on anything you’d like help with. I have a few regular clients and can provide those as reference! I work from home and only 2 1/2 days. We hike every day between 3 - 8 miles. We play and train in the backyard. I have lots of puzzles and games. If there’s a need, I’m happy to work on socialization and they can go to stores, pubs and cafes with me. If timing is right, I can take them to nose work/trailing classes at an additional charge. My girl has been such a great foster sister and done well with all the dogs I’ve brought into our home. She’s helped train foster off leash and shown them the ropes. I always do slow introductions to make sure the dogs acclimate well to each other. My yard is fenced and secure. I have multiple crates, kennels, dog beds and lots of space in the home to hang out. Dogs are allowed on furniture. Unless your dog has excellent recall, I keep dogs on leash on walks. I don’t go to super busy area to avoid running into reactive dogs. I have a specific spot in the house for feeding and dogs have their own spot. If your dog Is dog reactive, I’m able to separate dogs in the home. I usually hand feed new dogs which helps with any reactivity as well as bonding and engagement.

Nicole P.
“"Second to none" is how we would describe Nicole's care, knowledge, patience and love for dogs. We met Nicole through the dog rescue organization MAD Rescue (Malinois and Dutch Shepherd Rescue), where she has personally fostered over a dozen dogs and rescued so many more, including our beloved Belgian Malinois, Sassafras. We have witnessed Nicole's experience with fearful, abused, neglected and malnourished dogs, first-hand, where she has consistently shown patience, love and care for all dogs. We have also been recently fortunate to have Nicole care for Sassafras during our 2-week vacation to Europe. It was a peaceful thought knowing Sassafras was in good, loving hands. Nicole kept us regularly informed through messages, photos and videos, showing what a wonderful time our dog had with her and her dog, Ninja. Sassafras was taken on daily hikes and was able to enjoy Nicole's large, grassy backyard for play and relaxing... we suspect Sassafras had just as good a vacation as we did! Nothing more to say other than we highly recommend Nicole for the care of your dog(s).”

Caspar & Chelsea H.

“Caspar is my cousin. Chelsea and Caspar hosted my dogs for almost 6 months while I had to be out of state for an internship. They took such good care of my dogs. They made sure to take them out for walks everyday, which helped my dogs with the weight issues they were having. They sent me pictures and videos of my dogs daily. I saw how how happy and spoiled my dogs were with them. They are great dog parents. They treated my dogs as their own. I will drive from California to Washington if I ever needed them their help again, because I know my pups will be in the best hands.”
