Over: Mijn naam is Dide, ik ben 23 jaar en woon in Rijswijk met mijn partner en kat van bijna 1 jaar oud. Ik ben sinds jongs af aan opgegroeid met verschillende dieren zoals; Honden, katten, vissen, paarden, konijnen & cavia's. Ik vind het geweldig om aandacht en tijd te besteden aan de ontwikkeling en aandacht van het dier. Ik ben geduldig en kijk er erg naar uit om een leuke band met het dier op te bouwen! Ik werk parttime op een kinderopvang in Den Haag. Hier werk ik voornamelijk op maandag, donderdag & vrijdag en ben daardoor beschikbaar op dinsdag, woensdag en in het weekend. Daarnaast werkt mijn partner regelmatig thuis. Hij is ook een enorme dierenliefhebber die graag ruimte en tijd maakt om mij hier en daar een handje te helpen om zoveel mogelijk beschikbaar te zijn voor de dieren. Ik heb zelf een Siberische kat van 1 jaar (kater, gecastreerd). Hij is over het algemeen vrij rustig en open. Ik woon in een appartement met een groot balkon (met katten net), vlak bij een groot park, goed geschikt voor mooie wandelingen. Ik ga geduldig om met dieren geef ze de ruimte die ze nodig hebben, nieuwe mensen kunnen natuurlijk heel spannend zijn!

Over: Van jongs af aan ben ik omringd door honden en katten. Die liefde is alleen maar gegroeid. Of het nu gaat om een lange wandeling met een energieke hond of het verzorgen van een kat tijdens een vakantie: ik doe het met geduld, aandacht en liefde. Dieren voelen zich snel op hun gemak bij mij, iets waar ik trots op ben. Van kattenbak verschonen tot knuffelmomenten en van voer geven tot borstelen: jouw huisdier is bij mij in goede handen. Omdat ik parttime werk, heb ik de ruimte om even langs te komen voor jouw hond of kat. Of het nou een fijne wandeling is, eten geven of gewoon wat extra aandacht en knuffels – het past makkelijk in mijn routine en ik doe het met liefde. Naast de zorg en aandacht die jouw viervoeter van mij krijgt, plan ik graag een wandeling in het Haagsche Bos of een langere route, zodat jouw hond lekker zijn energie kwijt kan. Daarnaast is de afgeschermde tuin in mijn huis ideaal voor de veiligheid van jouw viervoeter, met name voor die fanatieke katachtigen. Ook pas ik voeding en verzorging altijd aan jouw voorkeuren aan.

Over: Taking care of small dogs and other mammals for all our lives, we have the common sense and consideration to make sure your fluffy friend gets all their needs met. On most days either of us is available to take care of the pet. We often work from home, making most arrangements possible and flexible. It's a big apartment without a yard, but we're able to take dogs out multiple times a day. On the first meeting, we will be able to evaluate the connection with your pet; if this is not good according to our standards, we will have to refuse offering the service.

 I am Basma, a 27-year-old professional living and working in the Netherlands. I moved to the Netherlands back in 2019 for my master studies at Leiden University, and started working since 2021 upon graduation. My journey from the bustling streets of Shanghai to the serene parks of Den Haag to the charming canals of Amsterdam has been an exciting and amazing adventure. 

 My motivation to be a pet sitter stems from my deep love for dogs and my commitment to their well-being, and the fact that I cannot have my own doggy in the near future :-(((((. I genuinely desire to ensure that pets receive the best care and love that they deserve, even when their owners are away for holidays/busy with work. I always try my best to understand and empathize with the anxiety pet owners feel when they have to leave their furry family members behind, and I strive to provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for every dog I care for. Luckily my work is super flexible and I can work from home at any time if I want, meaning I can be with dogs 24/7 if needed.

 In addition to the joy of spending time with animals, being a pet sitter allows me to meet wonderful pet owners and become a trusted part of their lives. It's a rewarding experience that combines my love for dogs with the opportunity to build meaningful relationships within the community especially now I'm trying to be more extroverted.
 Last but not the least, I always respect different personalities different dogs have, so please share as much information as possible about your (and my upcoming) friend when reaching out.

 Environment & Services
 I live in a quiet and comfortable apartment by myself near Den Haag Centraal Station, nearby which there is a gaint park where I can always see a lot of people walking their dogs. As a bonus, there is also a deer park. I prefer to walk our fluffy friends there in the park, or somewhere nearby if he/she has a 'go-to' place :-)  

Good to know 
- I can go for walks 1-3 times per day (morning & afternoon), at least 30 minutes each time, or longer if needed.  
- For day care & one-night boarding (1 dog only): I will be with the dog the whole day; For multiple-night boarding (1 dog only), I can be with the dog all the time except when I need to do grocery shopping (max. 1 hour). (My job doesn't require me to work from the office, so I can be with the dog as much as needed) 
- Dogs can stay in every corner of my apartment except my bed! 
 - Home visits take approx. 30 mins (can be longer if needed upon consultation), and I'm also willing to water plants :-)

I adjust my care to the specific needs of each dog, whether it’s an energetic puppy or a calm senior. In addition, I am very reliable and punctual, and I like to keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can be away with peace of mind. ————–——— Ik heb ervaring met het opvoeden van twee puppy’s en geef jonge honden altijd alle geduld die ze nodig hebben tijdens de training. Ik pas mijn zorg aan op de behoeften van de hond, of het nu gaat om een speelse pup of een rustige senior. Daarnaast ben ik zeer betrouwbaar en altijd op tijd, en houd ik de eigenaar graag op de hoogte met foto’s en berichten, zodat zij met een gerust hart weg kunnen. Momenteel werk ik parttime, waardoor ik doordeweeks de hele dag beschikbaar ben om met jouw hond te wandelen, te spelen of te knuffelen. Ook in het weekend ben ik beschikbaar. Zo krijgt je hond altijd de zorg en energie die hij verdient. Ik heb een veilige, omheinde tuin waar honden vrij kunnen spelen. Zelf heb ik twee vriendelijke honden die graag gezelschap bieden, zodat jouw hond zich meteen welkom voelt. Indien nodig kan ik een bench gebruiken voor rustmomenten of veiligheid. Ik zorg ervoor dat je hond altijd in een vertrouwde en zorgzame omgeving verblijft.

Over: Mijn naam is Shandra, 31 jaar oud en ik ben echt helemaal dol op honden. Zoals je op mijn profiel kan zien heb ik al veel ervaring, ook met vele diverse hondenrassen. Ik ben zeer gewend om zowel voor korte als langere periodes op te passen. Op het moment dat ik op uw hond zal passen, zal ik mij verantwoordelijk voelen alsof het mijn eigen hond is. Bij mij zal hij/zij zich helemaal thuisvoelen. Zo zijn er in mijn omgeving veel leuke plekjes voor de hond: verschillende parken met veel natuur. Tevens hou ik heel erg van wandelingen maken in het bos of op het strand. Ook stuur ik de hele dag door foto’s en op verschillende momenten van de dag updates over hoe het gaat. Zie ook al mijn lieve reviews, welke ik al heb mogen ontvangen. Ik kan niet wachten uw hond te mogen ontvangen! Stuur gerust een berichtje, zodat we kunnen kennismaken. Liefs Shandra PS: - Ik ontvang veel aanvragen voor een vaste oppas 1-2 keer per week, helaas kan ik hier niet aan voldoen. - Ik pas alleen op honden van kleine en middel maten. Ik pas niet op katten ivm allergie! Ik werk als account manager, waarbij ik geheel mijn agenda agenda beheer. Ik bepaal dus zelf wanneer ik thuis werk etc. Ik moet wel eens hier en daar 2-4 uurtjes van huis dus als het voor een langere periode dan 1 dag oppas is, is het wel fijn als de hond even alleen kan zijn. Uiteraard probeer ik er zoveel mogelijk rekening mee te houden in de agenda om niet veel weg te zijn! Ik verzorg de dieren alsof het mijn eigen dieren zijn. Ik knuffel veel, praat veel tegen ze en zorg dat ze volledig op hun gemak zijn.

Over: Hiii my name is Alexa and I'm from Romania. 
I live in The Hague, near Centrum and currently I'm in my last year of uni, doing an internship in Marketing Communications. 
I've lived most of my life with pets. From a stray dog that my family saved when I was three to numerous stray cats, we welcomed them all and I tried my best to take care of them, feed them, play with them and offer them shelter where they could feel warm and safe. 
I have experience within the Netherlands as well since I took care of seven cats and three small sized dogs. 
 The first cat I took care of here was a handsome black cat that just came out of a minor surgery. That wasn't a problem for me because I was able to administer medicine, regularly disinfect the wound and take him to the vet for check ups. 
 The three dogs that I took care of for three weeks last year, were three sisters all over the age of 8. They were very affectionate and playful and I loved caring for them.
 I also took care of 3 lovely cats within the same home for 6 weeks, fish and even a tortoise. I'm patient, gentle and always on time and my main goal is to make you and your pets happy.
 Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if you need help with your pets! I'm currently doing an internship from Monday to Thursday. I could possibly bring dogs to the office if needed, but I usually prefer doing it Friday to Sunday so I can offer all my attention and care. I live in an apartment with no garden or balcony, but I can take dogs or cats (if they're leash trained) for walks as often as possible and there is a park within 5 minutes of my apartment.

Over: l grew up with dogs, cats and other animals. Only since l have my own dogs l found out how amazing it is to have your own! My partner and l did pet sitting and had pets at our house before both in Italy and Holland. We really enjoy it and and are very serious and responsible about it. My partner and l both take care of our own dogs. I work half of the week from home. We mostly do things together or alternate. We have 2 medium size dogs that we love like mad and treat all animals the same. we take our dogs out 4-5 times a day, 2 long walks and 2 shorter walks. But depending on what your dog requires we can adjust. I also love being in nature, woods so we go often to the woods. Our neighbourhood is also very green and fun for dogwalking. Then we have two balconies where they can be outside and chill in the sun.

Over: I have taken care of many cats and dogs of friends, and have my own dog and 2 cats. However, I am in The Netherlands without them for a few months, so would love to take care of other animals instead! I am working part-time from home, part-time from the office in Wageningen. I am mostly home in the mornings and evenings on office days; when I work from home I may run an errand or go for a run, but should be mostly home to hang out with the animals! I am a calm person with a PhD in animal welfare and behaviour. Therefore, I know very well how to read animals, to ensure they have the best experience with me as pet sitter!
