Unfortunately, due to my rental agreement, I am unable to have pets in my home, which makes this opportunity even more meaningful to me. All my life, my family has had cats, so I have experience in caring for them and understanding them since childhood. Additionally, I have often been a pet nanny for my friends' cats and dogs. We live in an apartment with lift and a balcony. There are many green areas in our neighbourhood, where your puppy can go to explore and play. After every walk, they will get treats and then we'll play some more if they're up for it. Then, in the afternoons we will spend some time together on the couch while we watch something on TV. Finally, before going to sleep, we'll go for a walk again. Of course, we're happy to accommodate to your puppy's routine and will be recording our time together with photos so that we can share them with you.

Since I love animals so much but don’t have any pet right now I thought it was a great idea to get a profile on Rover. I have been pet sitting for more than 3 years here in the Netherlands, including regular walks, boarding time and pet sitting. I always listen to my clients, I have frequent contact with them, and I always try to give the best care for any dog (goldens, chihuahuas, shepherds, french bulldogs, cockers, among others). I am mostly working from home so my schedule is quite flexible for petsitting. I go 2 days per week to the office and then I will adjust my schedule around that. I always try to provide a very safe and calm approach towards pets. I also pay a lot of attention at the health of your pets

I’m currently working parttime so I have plenty of time to care of your pet. I’m kind, patient, and careful. You can trust me to take good care of them. Though I do not prefer to keep them in my place, my place is fully fenced and safe for pets. If needed, they can stay with me.

Over: Ik heb mijn hondje als een maand oude puppy in het bos gevonden en sindsdien zijn we samen. Ze is mijn eerste eigen hond, maar ik krijg regelmatig complimenten over hoe goed ze is opgevoed. Ik heb een jaar de tijd gekomen om haar op te voeden en te trainen, daarna ben ik enkele jaren met haar gaan backpacken. Hierdoor ben ik het gewend om altijd controle over mijn hond te hebben, ongeacht wat voor situatie we in zijn. Ook heb ik regelmatig contact met andere honden of pas ik op andere honden/dieren van vrienden en familie, en heb ik op verschillende boerderijen gewerkt. Ik ben echt een dieren mens en over het algemeen zijn dieren snel en makkelijk met mij in omgang. Momenteel ben ik vrij van verplichtingen en heb ik dus veel tijd en ben ik flexibel qua planning. Ik geef de voorkeur aan langere termijn housesitting. I will take my time to get to know your dog, and to introduce him/her to Kiwi. If necessary this can be done on neutral terrain or a walk. My own dog gets food twice per day, she is okay with other dogs but if necessary they can be kept apart while eating. Normally I walk her one to three times a day, depends on the weather, time, etc. For your dog I will follow the instructions you provide and take care that the dogs will be social to each other, or at best tolerate and respect each other.

Over: Ik ben opgegroeid met huisdieren. Altijd een hond gehad thuis, maar er zelf helaas geen tijd voor. Daarom spring ik graag bij en pas ik graag op. Ik kan helaas geen vaste dagen aanbieden, geen vaste routine maar zit je eens omhoog of ga je een weekendje weg, dan help ik graag. Altijd in overleg dus. Ik heb een afgesloten tuin en woon in een groene omgeving met mogelijkheden voor korte en lange wandelingen. En met de auto rijd ik graag naar het strand. Ik heb zelf geen dieren of kinderen, dus een rustige omgeving voor je huisdier.

Over: Ik woon zelf in een studentenhuis waar helaas geen dieren toegestaan zijn. Mijn ouders hadden ook nooit een hond maar bij mijn opa en oma kon ik altijd helpen met de hondjes uitlaten en verzorgen. Ik wandel graag en zou dit graag doen met wat gezelschap van een viervoeter erbij! Ik zit momenteel tussen twee banen in en heb daarom heel veel vrije tijd. Ik probeer sowieso elke dag een uur te wandelen dus dat past goed in mijn routine. Ik ben erg zorgzaam en leergierig. Als ik zou komen oppassen hoor ik graag wat belangrijk is en waar ik rekening mee moet houden om alles goed te laten verlopen.

Over: I have a cat that I grew up with. He was a couple days old when I found him on the street and we've been living together for fifteen years. Now that I moved abroad my parents look after him. I love animals and I'm very responsible when it comes to their wellbeing. I am free to take care of pets on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. I am a master's student who spends most of my time studying and welcome a break when I'm looking after a pet.
