I am no longer caring in my home as I am only available seasonally** I will be leaving for my position in Yellowstone at that time for the season** I have been a star sitter and promise you the utmost respect and trust worthiness in your home. I previously cared for your pets in my home, but now with a seasonal career with the National Parks, I have shifted to In YOUR home care while I am home between seasons. I am a responsible adult who values not only your pets, but your home. I have cared for animals in a rehab/foster/owner setting for the last 30 years. There isn’t much I haven’t seen as far as behaviors & personality quirks . We treat all visitors with the same love our own pets receive! I am familiar with administering meds and injections. I have extensive knowledge of illness and wound care for animals. I am willing to help with all species except rabbits (highly allergic) and anything with more than 4 legs. At the end of the day when the whole group piles on the couch & tails are wagging- that’s the sign of a good day in my world. I can’t think of a better way to end my day! I do work at the Zoo in Madison 9-5. I would be able to be at your home from 530p to 830a on work days. I am able to provide some errands and light housekeeping if needed. I will leave your space as clean as I found it and will not have visitors. I am also able to bring an airbed if needed. I am used to living on the go when I am working in the Park!

About: I grew up having cats and dogs but now I just have 8 cats and I regularly pet and house sit for family. That includes animals that need medications orally and through a syringe so I am very familiar with giving animals meds. I work full time but I am 90% remote and have the flexibility to work from wherever and to be able to step away during the day and check on your animals. Seeing that I have 8 cats it’s always crazy. But I always take care of their needs everyday and make sure they’re taken care of before I am most days and I will do the same for your animals.

About: I've been a dog owner for as long as I can remember. I currently have one nine year old Chihuahua mix on seizure medicine twice a day. We have a fenced in yard with a chain link fence perfect for letting your dog run around. I am usually up by 5am to go for a run or cycle. I work from home regularly so I can be flexible with letting the dogs out. I have a fenced in yard with one friendly dog of my own to keep your dog company. I have cameras in the home to keep an eye on the pups if I do need to run out.

About: I am an animal lover. Always have been. I grew up on a farm and have worked on a couple as well. I have experience with dogs, cats, hamsters, goats, cattle, pigs, sheep, even ferrets, raccoons and squirrels. Have always had multiple pets while growing up and currently have my 3 dogs and 2 cats. I've always enjoyed caring for animals. Brings me great joy and have always wanted to make it some kind of job. They bring a calming peace to me and I feel like I connect with all animals and that's why we get along so well. I am currently working full time in Madison at a doggy daycare and work at 3 different facilities. I have gained lots of experience with working with puppies all the way up to elderly dogs and all sorts of breeds. You won't be disappointed in choosing me to care for your family members.
