About: I’ve always been a dog person all my life. I just have a way with dogs. Patience is the best way to try your animals. Family members rely on me to feed their animals. Currently working at a grocery store so my hours are always different. When I finish working though I head straight over to where I need to go. Sometimes I head over before I have to work too. I take the animals outside when they need to go to the bathroom. While I’m out there I watch carefully over them. I comfort and pay attention to them. I talk to them like they are humans.

About: I have always lived with pets! :) I grew up with dogs Ella and Koikkie when I was little, and loved walking and playing with them. In college I couldn't have a dog, but I did get my first cat, Oliver. He was more or less feral when we found him but with lots of love and food, he became a lap cat with a happy home on a farm. Two years ago I moved to Ithaca, and have two 3-year old Siberian cats, Nadja and Moose. They need a lot of exercise and play which includes taking them out on leashes to walk around the block. Alexis was so great! We needed a dog walker for 2 weeks while I was busy at work. Alexis showed up every day and took our dog Gilly on long walks, and always sent us pics from the walks. She has a really friendly personality and a true caring attitude towards animals. Even with bad weather she still came over and took care of Gilly on the walk and even dried her off after! Gilly seemed so much more relaxed when I'd get home, and I think she really loved spending time with Alexis.
