About: After becoming an owner to a reactive, human-aggressive pit mix in my early 20s, I developed a deep passion for understanding dogs—not just through training, but through their psychology, genetics, and biological needs. That experience taught me that behavior is often a reflection of a dog’s overall wellbeing, and that dogs thrive when they have opportunities to fulfill the instincts and needs they were bred for. As a mom, I also understand how difficult it can be to balance your dog’s needs with family, work, and everyday life. That’s why I founded Fulfilling Canine: to help busy families give their dogs a more enriching, fulfilling life while building a deeper understanding of their individual needs. I believe every dog is unique, and my approach starts with meeting each dog where they are. I consider the bigger picture—including genetics, environment, physical and psychological needs, stress, learning history, and the relationship between dog and handler—rather than simply addressing behaviors in isolation. My training approach is individualized and balanced, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, play, engagement, communication, and trust. I am currently a SAHM so I have all of the availability to dedicate to providing your dog with enriching, educational, and fun experiences while they are in my care. My yard is fully fenced and I take your dog’s safety very seriously. They would never be left unattended in my home or yours. Fulfilling your dog while they are in my care is my top priority. Their schedule will be based upon their individual needs versus your training goals for them. I am big on breed specific fulfillment so your dog’s stay will usually include decompression time, 1-2 walks, structured play, and a training session if desired. I can also provide treadmill time and access to field trips/pack walks if desired.

About: I have always owned/ cared for pets my entire life, which makes 25 years of caring for pets. I went to SUNY Alfred State College of technology, where I received my associates degree in veterinary technology, as well as a bachelors degree in technology management Fall of 2021. I started off volunteering at animal shelters in the fall of 2016. I worked as a Kennel assistant throughout the years of 2016 to 2020. I worked as a Veterinary Assistant from 2020 to 2023. I am currently a Veterinary Technician (Emergency animal nurse) at Veterinary Emergency Group. I have animal training, grooming, and Veterinary medical experience. I work a full time job at Veterinary Emergency Group three days a week. 12 hour shifts. I can also bring pets to work with me as well. So I am available all days out of the week. I do not have a fenced in yard, but there is a hiking trail around the corner from my home where I walk my own dogs daily. Pets will never be put in a crate. (Unless you prefer for them to be crated) They are welcomed to walk around my house, on the couch, and in my bed. I feed my dogs twice a day and they get walked 3-4 times a day. Whenever I have to run errands they stay at home with pee pee pads located around the house.

Although I don't have a fenced yard, I make sure every dog gets plenty of exercise through long neighborhood walks, active playtime, and lots of attention. Dogs are welcome on my furniture, including the bed and couch, and they can sleep in my bed or in a crate based on your preferences. I also enjoy making stuffed Kongs as an evening treat or enrichment activity if you'd like your dog to have one.

About: I have had pets since the age of 8. I have also cared for my cousins' pets when he goes on vacation for over 10 years sparking my interest in pet care. There have been very few times in my life that I have not been caring for pets. Feeding, walking and most importantly providing love, care and quality time. Her house is very clean, she doesn’t have a yard but she balances it with multiple walks for the dogs. She is very responsive and accommodating as well. I have decided to send my puppy couple times every week to her home so he can socialize. Since Jill doesn’t have too many pets at the same time, it’s good for my puppy and all pets get more personal attention. I highly recommend her for your pet needs!”
