She came over to let my rambunctious pup out daily while I was out of town, even bringing along her own dog to get some extra energy out, and made sure to send updates and photos. About: I have been taking care of my neighbors, family, friends, and my own dog/pets for 10 years including walks, feeding, watching, and helping train. I have experience with puppies and older dogs as well as injured or sick dogs. I am currently in a local college for health care. I am free all day Saturday-Monday and after 3 Tuesday-Friday. I have transportation and can drive a reasonable distance. I would follow any rules you have set for your dog (ex. food allowed, walking requirements, type of leash/collar for walks, and if they need to be crated or not) I would be able and willing to provide any medical care needed as long as I am shown how to correctly.

“This was my first time using Rover and Kotun has been great to work with. From the second she met him, Kotun was understanding and attentive to my deaf puppy's special needs. She is punctual, reliable and responsive to communications. Highly recommend!”

About: I’m a Dog-lover who has spare time for you pup.I love to travel, but hate to leave my pets, so I understand what you need when you travel you need to trust that your pet is safe and loved. All dogs deserve respect and kindness from a trustworthy person while you are unavailable. I currently have 3 dogs. We love be full time in Daytona Beach and occasionally visit family in NYS. Enjoy your travels; your dog will be in good hands. I work 3 days/week. I am available most of the the other days, including weekends. Walking, playing and companionship available for your dog. Enjoy your travel! In my home we stay with no Other pets or people . In your home, I will visit as requested and follow any instructions given.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the lifetime of experience I bring to every pet I care for. I grew up in a home filled with both cats and dogs, so understanding animal behavior, communication, and comfort has always been second nature to me. I treat each pet like family—patient, attentive, and genuinely in tune with their needs. Whether it’s a high-energy pup who loves walks or a shy dog who just needs quiet companionship, I adjust my care to fit their personality. I focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment where pets feel truly at home. I am currently on summer break so I have plenty of free time to take care of your pets! Since I also work my summer job, the times that work best for me are in the mornings and evenings. My approach to pet care is all about creating a calm, safe, and familiar environment—whether in my home or yours. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and personality so I can provide thoughtful, individualized care while their owner is away.

About: I’ve always had pets growing up. In my teens and 20’s I worked as kennel assistants for multiple vets throughout the US as well as a Great Dane breeder. Through those jobs word of mouth happened and pet sitting just happened naturally. I truly love all animals and treat them as family in your absence. We have 2 fluffy kitties who loves snuggles and 1 older kitty who prefers to be seen and not touched 🤣. My two children (12 & 8) have been raised with the knowledge of pet ownership and are proving to be wonderful pet owners as well. I’m retired from the federal government and am looking to fill my free time with helping others with a need I feel is hard to come by. My yard is fenced in completely. We have a doggie door for easy use for anyone staying the night. If you have a kitty who needs overnight care in my home, I’d keep them separate in an extra bedroom during the night but put the doggie door down during the day so they could roam and explore (and get plenty of snuggles)

About: I have 9+ years of experience with walking dogs, and years of experience in feeding, training, playing, and caring for both dogs and cats. My entire life I have always been drawn to animals, and am a huge animal lover! In my early teen years, I worked at a dog daycare where I oversaw the care of up to 14 dogs at one time. It was a huge responsibility, but I looked forward to going to work each shift I had because to me it didn’t even feel like work, it felt like a reward getting to care and play with so many animals. Whenever I go anywhere whether it’s a walk around my college campus, a family or friends house, or the park, I am always immediately drawn to all the dogs I see and always ask if I can take a minute to pet each dog. A multitude of family and friends have consistently told me that it’s evident how much I love animals, and how well I get along with them. I am someone you can trust to make sure your pet gets the best possible care when you are gone. As a former cat owner and current dog owner myself, I know just how much love and care pets need on a day to day basis. Whenever I am away from my dog who is my bestfriend in the whole world, I definitely can feel anxious or stressed. I am dedicated to keeping pet parents up to date on the wellbeing of your pets with photos, videos, up to date messages and anything else you’d like as a pet parent (I am happy to do facetime calls too!!). I will always be available and reachable when I am with your pet to answer any questions, concerns, or even just send over some extra photos if you are really missing your furry companion! Additionally, your pets wellbeing and safety is my top priority. I have worked hard to familiarize myself with signs of distress and discomfort in animals, and if anything doesn’t look right I will not hesitate to jump into action to make sure your pet is safe. My dog has had a few scary incidents, and as difficult as it was, it helped to prepare me to know the signs when something is not right and know what to do in case of an emergency. I decided to join rover because I wanted the opportunity to help take care and hangout with animals on a regular basis because it is truly something I absolutely love. I am hard working, enthusiastic, dedicated, and I will care for your pet as if it is my own. I hope you will consider entrusting me to care for such a valuable member of your family! • * Please note I require meet and greets with all potential pet clients BEFORE bookings!* I am currently working part time, so I have lots of extra time to care for your furry companion. I am very flexible, and when I am not working my other job I have a very open schedule to care for your pet! Currently, I offer services within the clients home for anything ranging from a quick walk or check in with your pet to overnights. I am very flexible, and will work with you to get to know what routine works best for your pet. At this time due to a family members allergy, I am not able to offer boarding services in my home.

About: I have taken care of pets of all kinds since I was little. I am incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and flexible. I have been around animals my whole life, and I love having the opportunity through Rover :) I am currently working a part-time job so I am very flexible, I work afternoon shifts on the weekdays usually two times out of the week, and I work midnight shifts on the weekend so I have all day available after 7 AM At the moment I do not take care of pets at my home. About: Hello my name is Emily and I have been with dogs my entire life. I had a big dog named Lucy and a small dog named Oliver, which I love very dearly. I have taken care of many different dogs from big to small and have enjoyed playing, walking, and teaching them tricks. I have baby sat here and there whenever I was needed and it would always bring a smile to my face. My family and I are huge dog lovers. I think what sets me apart from other dog sitters is that I would rather spend more time with them then do other things. I love walking with them and showing them everything that there is to see in a dogs point of view.

“Kate is awesome and so reliable! She knows how to work with ryker to help him feel comfortable.”

“Another amazing dog walk with Erica! Walks, playing fetch and lots of cuddles . No wonder his eyes perk up and his tail wags like crazy when he hears her name !”

About: Hello there! I’m offering dog walking and drop ins for dogs and cats alike. I’m an energetic, outgoing, organized graduate who loves to be around animals. I’ve grown up caring for my pets (cats, dogs, fish, rodents the typical pets) and worked taking care of some more exotic animals at one of VA’s national parks (mostly various birds and turtles). I also raised a chicken from an egg once upon a time. Suffice to say I love animals, have experience caring for them, and promise to treat your furry (or maybe not furry) family member like one of my own! I'm currently working a summer contract and so I, unfortunately, travel a lot right now. But my schedule will become open again in the fall! You can count on me to treat your fur baby like my own, and I’ll be sure to keep your home as clean as it was when I got there.

About: Hello! My name is Jess, and I am excited to offer my pet services to you and your furry family members. With 35 years of experience as a pet care provider and over 20 years in rescue, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to every pet I care for. My commitment to animal welfare includes over twenty years volunteering for a local rescue organization, as well as six years on the board where I'm currently serving as President. Having recently retired, I now devote all my time to my one true love—pets. I'm a foster failure many times over and I'm looking forward to spending my days with my pups. My extensive experience includes special needs care, managing diet and allergy restrictions, light physical therapy, basic pet CPR and first aid, senior care and administering medications. I'm well versed in animal behaviors and speak their language. I know what they want to do and what they don't want to do with just about any pet I come in contact with. Whether your pet needs a walk, a visit, a sample delivered to the vet, transportation to vet/medical appointments, grooming services, or a comforting home away from home while you're away, I've got you covered. I offer overnight boarding (longer stays available) for vaccinated and friendly pets in my home, along with check-ins and walking services. I have a grooming room in my home to provide a full service spa day for your pet, ensuring they feel pampered and loved, and look like a million bucks when you return. It can be one of the hardest things we do, leaving our pets. Having someone you trust and your pets love can make or break your travel plans, or your decision to add a pet to a working family. Life is better with dogs, let me help you live your best dog mom/dad life... I look forward to meeting your pets (and you of course).. I'm retired, so I'm flexible. I'm available almost any day/time, with some notice. While a booking is preferred, I can usually accommodate last minute requests (at least an hour or two notice). If I cannot, I can refer you to another trusted pet care giver. I have over an acre of property with a fenced in yard. Quiet cul-de-sac in village area. No thru vehicle traffic, light foot traffic. I have four rescue pugs who can't wait to meet their next best friend. They love play dates with other pets, I'm in rescue and frequently host meetups, transport drops and foster, so there are always furry friends for play time. However, if your pet is a little less energy and enjoys nap time and quiet, I can easily accommodate that as well. Take away, your pet will be safe, secure, loved, pet and very well cared for. They'll ask you when they can come back!
