About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have been lucky to spend my life caring for them in many different ways. I’ve grown up with dogs, cats, and bunnies, so being around animals feels completely natural to me. I currently work at an animal shelter, where I care for pets with all kinds of personalities, energy levels, and needs. This experience has taught me how to read animal behavior, stay calm in new situations, and provide patient, compassionate care, especially for pets who may be shy, nervous, or adjusting to a new environment. In addition to shelter work, I’ve also worked at a doggy daycare, gaining hands-on experience with group play, structured routines, and safe supervision. I plan my day around pets’ needs to ensure consistent, attentive care. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I take the time to learn each pet’s needs, preferences, and personality, from feeding schedules and walks to playtime, medication, and cuddle preferences. Because I work at an animal shelter and have experience in a doggy daycare, I’m attentive to behavior, safety, and stress signals. I provide calm, patient care and adjust my approach based on each pet’s energy level and comfort. I make sure pets get appropriate exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of affection. In a client’s home, I respect the space and keep everything clean and consistent. I also send regular updates and photos so owners feel confident and connected while they’re away. My goal is always to create a positive, low-stress experience and treat every pet as if they were my own.

About: I've grown up with dogs, have a small dog of my own, and have cared for several energetic hunting dogs for extended periods of time. I have also cared for reptiles, chickens, ducks and cats. I have a flexible field job that allows me to work remotely and make my own schedule. I have the ability to dedicate 3+ hours a day to pet care. I am very clean with minimal belongings. Spend any time in the house cleaning and tidying. I'm often told by Airbnb and that they can never tell I was there once I leave!

About: I've had many pets over the years. My family and I currently have 2 dogs. In the past, I have volunteered at an animal shelter in my free time, and even fostered a dog for some time! I just graduated from college and I am applying to long term jobs, so I currently have plenty of extra time to spend caring for your pets! I am very flexible and happy to be of service :) I can be playful and fun with pets, but I can also be strict if I have to. I am able crate them if necessary and I am good at cleaning up messes.

About: I have raised rescue dogs since I was 10 (1 German shepherd, 2 cattle dogs). Before that I took care of a bunny and cats, among other animals. I have experience with senior dogs and puppies. Also have bird experience. Love being out in nature. When the neighbors’ dogs have ran away multiple times, I have rescued them and brought them home. I have experience with all kinds of animals, but especially with dogs and cats. I’m self-employed and work part-time but I have flexible availability! My PT job is 15 minutes away and for my self-employment, I work from home. I do house pet-sitting, walks, day visits, etc. I’m available weekends and weekdays, ideally in the afternoons, but I can make mornings work. Just chat with me to coordinate! I can feed your pups/kitty, play fetch/frisbee with them outside, play inside, take them out, give them treats + fresh water, work on training with puppies/kittens, cuddle, take them on walks/hikes (even for harness-trained cats!), take them on day adventures, and brush/groom them. I listen to clients carefully, and make sure the dogs/cats specialty needs are of utmost importance too.

About: I have had dogs in my life since the day I was born. I love taking care of dogs and training them because I believe there are no bad dogs. I have taken care of 3 dogs in my family who all lived long and happy lives. Pet care is perfect for my daily schedule because I am usually free during the earlier hours of the days and can take that time to go for walks or take care of any animal. I treat all the animals with the respect they deserve and give them the space or attention that they want. I always have treats or toys available and can make sure the animal feels comfortable.

About: I've spent my life caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities, and I'm comfortable adapting to each pet's unique needs. I grew up with a pitbull who was very territorial and not friendly with strangers, so I’ve learned to understand warning signs and am comfortable with caring for dogs with behavioral issues. Today, I care for a lively household that includes an extremely energetic French Bulldog, a gentle and timid German Shepherd mix (very very large dog), a Maine Coon cat, a chinchilla, and 11 chickens. I have taken care of older dogs that needed physical support during walks, as well as dogs with medicine schedules. I am comfortable with manually putting medicine into a dog’s mouth if necessary for their routine. I have also cared for corn snakes, ball pythons and axolotls. My experience with such a wide range of critters has made me confident in caring for pets of any size, personality, and needs. I am currently on summer break from college, so my schedule is entirely flexible from Sunday-Friday. I work a part-time job on Saturdays so that is the only day I am unavailable. I can adhere to strict schedules, and I am very attentive to feeding/walking/medicine routines. I will give your pet lots of attention and as much playtime as they need (even if that means hours of high-energy play). On walks, I am used to dogs that roam somewhat freely (on a leash), but I also grew up walking a dog that I had to keep away from all people and animals, so I am able to accommodate your dog during walks in any way necessary. No matter what, you can rest assured that your pet will be loved and cared for.

I’m available for drop-ins and walks Monday through Thursday after 7pm, Fridays and Saturdays all day, and Sundays before 12 and after 5. I always follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding, medications, walks, playtime, and litter box or potty schedules. For dogs, I focus on leash handling, safe play, and proper supervision. About: Hi! I’m Aster, I’m a college student, and I’ve loved pets since I was still learning how to walk! Since I was little I’ve lived with and cared for five different dogs, one of which I personally trained since he was a puppy, and two rescues that needed some more TLC than your average pet. I’ve walked and pet-sat for various friends and neighbors since I was five—for dogs, cats, and even guinea pigs and birds! I’ve volunteered at farms and worked with a variety of farm animals as well. I currently have two dogs and a cat. I’m well accustomed to walking, feeding, grooming, bath time, giving medication via pills or gels, and lots and lots of love! I’ve cared for senior and puppy dogs, and dogs from 10 up to 90 pounds so I’m ready for any size of furball. My husky mix Sky has been with me for almost 11 years now, meaning I’m also used to handling dogs with higher energy or mischievous personalities (if you’re a fellow husky owner I know you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about haha). I’ve cared for a rescue cat of my own since she was about a year old, and also have some experience pet sitting for others’ cats. Any pet I take care of I always treat like they’re my own furbaby! Pets are family to me, not just a job, and I make an effort to truly connect with any pet I’m caring for—even if it’s just for one walk! I promise lots of pets and attention (if that’s something your pet likes) and I’m always up for taking as many photos as you want of your pet so you can see how they’re doing! I’m currently home from college for the summer and have extremely open and flexible hours for pet care. I’ll be available until the end of August when I leave for my next semester. I am very flexible to following whatever plan your pet needs. If you give me a schedule I will do my absolute best to follow it down to the punctuation! Whether I’m walking or pet sitting your pet, they’ll have my full attention. I’m always looking out for their health and comfort.
