About: **I AM FULLY BOOKED FOR HOUSE SITTING IN DECEMBER** An animal lover of all shapes and sizes, I’ve grown up around animals all my life. I have been pet sitting for a year and a half, and amassed many different breeds and knowledge of their behavior during this time! My birth family primarily owned cats, including a diabetic old grump and kittens, and I’m generally known as a “cat whisperer”! Later on, my grandparents and I adopted a toy poodle named Pierre, who eventually developed diabetes as a senior, which we had to medicate. After he passed away we adopted our standard poodle, Isabelle, who was my soul puppy. She unfortunately passed away in January of 23 after a long struggle with pancreatic cancer, so I’m accustomed to providing all sorts of medical care as well as extremely customized diets and medication schedules. And right now my family and I are raising another standard poodle- Nova! She’s 2, and the light of my life. I raised and trained Nova and Isabelle, so I’m used to the puppy stage also. I’ve also grew up around fishkeeping & small animals of all kinds, and as a high-schooler/adult I’ve been a reptile/amphibian keeper. Specifically, I’ve owned hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, frogs, axolotls, snakes, geckos, chameleons, hermit crabs, and a hedgehog. While I have not personally owned birds, I’m very knowledgeable in their care also! This is currently my job! I am in college and attend class Mondays and Wedsnesdays 11-2. Next spring semester has classes Monday&Wedsnesday from 11-2, and Tues/Thurs 11-12:30 Depending on the dog, we’ll spend the day relaxing or playing and at the end of the day we’ll be all tuckered out.
