Highly recommend!!”

“Daisy responded super quick to any and all messages. She sent a ton of great pics. She obviously stayed with our little cat Stevie the entire scheduled time if not more, and played with her a ton. We’ll absolutely be booking her to watch Stevie again. Highly recommend!!!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets my entire life and have spent the last 7 years providing care for dogs and cats through referrals from friends, family, and neighbors. What sets me apart is the personal attention I give each pet. I treat them like part of my own family. I take the time to understand their routines, personalities, and unique needs to ensure they feel safe, loved, and at ease while you’re away. Whether it’s a playful pup, a shy cat, or a senior pet needing a little extra attention. Your pet’s comfort and happiness are always my top priorities. My remote job allows me the flexibility to build my schedule around the needs of the pets I care for, whether that means early morning walks, midday playtime, or evening check-ins. Whether I’m caring for pets in my own home or in a client’s home, I always strive to create a calm, comfortable, and safe environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely, feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special instructions, this way they feel secure and cared for even when their humans are away.

“Simply the best. Each week Kathleen checks in on my parents’ cat, handling the litter change and any medications. She makes it so easy for my older parents to keep their cat by their sides!”

About: I've been around all sorts of animals since I was a child, firstly with pet birds of my own, then volunteering at a farm for a number of years. Most recently, my experience as a veterinary assistant and being in school for a veterinary technician degree also gives me much knowledge in care for all sorts of animals, especially dogs and cats! I'm currently working at a veterinary hospital and have a few days where I can take time to fit pets that need attention into my schedule. Since my schedule changes regularly, my availability may change weekly, but usually does not impede on any pet that needs my attention. I have a variety of cages, leashes, harnesses, and toys for all size dogs if it is not available to the owner. Another benefit I can offer is the fact that since I also work at an animal hospital, if in the event where a pet needs attention while their owner’s are away, I have the access and contacts to help with any needs of that pet as soon as possible, with the permission of the owners.

About: I have been surrounded by animals all my life, I had take care of dogs, cats, birds, tortoises and fishes. Animals have always been a important part of my life and I love them I am free all the days of the week except for Tuesdays and Thursdays, it's when I go to college, but I I still can make some arrangements if necessary I lived in a beatiful home 🏠, in a good neighborhood to take walks with my dogs 🐕, it has locked doors so my pets stay inside and safe

About: I’ve only pet sat a sweet puppy named Forty for a day in my home. She was my first dog sitting experience and the experience was so rewarding that I decided to come back for more. Although I don’t have as much experience as the next person, I decided to try my luck with Rocer and hopefully the great pet community on here will help me learn a lot more! I currently work overnight hours so I have plenty time during the day to cater to our little animals needs. Most of the activities and feedings needed to help them grow, from my understanding, happen during the day and I would be glad to be apart of that. I have a fenced yard with more than enough space for physical activity and my neighborhood is pet and pedestrian friendly for frequent outdoor activity. I also own a car with ample space for transportation if need be.

About: With over two decades of experience in dog ownership and sitting, I stand out for my specialized skills in training, senior dog care, administering medicine, and managing diabetic dogs. I've successfully owned and trained breeds like German Shepherds, Shetland Sheepdogs, Dobermans, and Rottweilers. My patience and deep love for dogs ensure that each one receives exceptional and personalized care, making me a reliable and compassionate choice for your pet's needs. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine since I work from home. This flexibility allows me to be present and attentive whenever your pets need care and companionship. In my home, I provide a safe, comfortable environment with plenty of playtime, exercise, and affection, including a fenced-in backyard for secure outdoor activities. For pet owners homes, I maintain their pets' routines, ensure cleanliness, and offer consistent, attentive care. I strictly follow the rules of caretaking to ensure both pets' and owners' needs are met. Whether at my place or yours, I tailor my services to meet each pet's unique needs.

She is professional, responsive, and incredibly kind, with a natural ability to bring calm and comfort to both animals and people alike. That same care and empathy extend to every animal she looks after. New Hempstead cat parents share their Rover experiences
Christy is extremely nice and professional. She dropped in every day for a week to take care of my kitties while I was on vacation. She cleaned their litter, fed them, and played with them every day. She took nice pictures of them and allowed me to enjoy my vacay without any worries. She even took care of my guitars everyday by emptying the dehumidifier. My cats were also not afraid of her at all when they first met her. 10/10 would recommend.

Cheryl was taking care of our cat Chimney for a week and we are thankful to find a happy kitty upon our return. Our furry friend was well fed and loved and the feeding area was clean and perfectly maintained. Cheryl responds in seconds, maintains great communication and really cares about wellbeing of the whole family!!! Thank you, Cheryl!

This is the second time Stephanie has taken care of our cat. She is wonderful - trustworthy, caring and responsible. Our shy cat really responds to her and while we’re away, we’re so happy that he’s in such good hands. She really understands and knows how to relate to cats!
