My wife and I were a little apprehensive at first about having someone we did not know stay overnight in our home, especially with our senior dog, who needs frequent trips outside and is prone to accidents in the house. Amanda completely exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond in every way, giving both of our pets the attention they needed and carefully following all of our care instructions. Amanda handled all of it with incredible patience, care, and professionalism. She made sure he had plenty of potty breaks by taking him out often, waking up early, and staying up late to care for him. When he had accidents, she took care of everything without hesitation, including thoroughly cleaning him up, washing his blankets and bedding, and making sure he was comfortable afterward. That level of care and compassion really meant a lot to us. She also kept our home incredibly clean. In fact, she even vacuumed the living room before we got home and left the house cleaner than we left it. On top of that, she sent us daily updates and texts about both our dog and cat, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats from an early age. I grew up with many cats with various needs so I’m well experienced in that area. I currently have a great Pyrenees/ German Shepherd dog named Scooby. I’ve taken care of neighbors’ and family members’ pets since high school so I’m familiar with many different breeds.
