About: I’m new to rover, but I have had dogs as pets my entire life. I have helped train them (on very basic concepts), and cared for them in every other way possible. In regards to medication I have administered it to my personal animal through the use of pocket pills. I have cared for/watched over friends animals many times including walks, dog park if requested, feedings, spending time with them, and overnight stays. I work part time and on the days I work, it is likely from 5am-2pm. I also travel for work for long stretches at a time. I will respond as soon as I can to your messages. I am trying to build back my savings account, and look forward to hearing from you! I work about 30 hours a week at a part time job. I only work mornings, so sometimes working by 4:30am, but I’m almost always off by 12:00pm, with the occasional afternoon appointment. I can play and entertain your dog in their home, as they are most comfortable there. I have full confidence in handling large dogs and utilizing their training.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I have house sat for at least three different people and took care of their pets! I’ve worked with senior dogs and puppies. I also have a part time job at a pet store so I have a decent amount of knowledge on pets and am more than happy to get things from the store for you! I have also administered medicine to a dog with health issues so I am comfortable administering medicine. I work part-time at a pet store! But I have time in between these things to drop in on pets and walk them, play with them, and even feed them. About: I started dog walking when I was 8 years old around my neighborhood. Since then I have had experience with training puppies, senior dog care, and even working with animals in a professional setting. No, overly aggressive dogs are allowed here, I run a respectful, orderly home not a dysfunctional home. I also volunteer at the Austin animal humane society when I have free time :) I currently work 730-4 every day, Monday-Friday. I work in the office 2-3 days out of the week! sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
