“David is fantastic! Our dogs really love David and he was awesome with sending us a lot of updates with pictures. We're pretty obsessed with our dogs, despite their little quirks which makes going away for us pretty difficult and David was wonderful with putting our minds at ease while we were away. He was very proactive with setting up a time to come meet us and our pups and I knew from his kind demeanor that he would be great. He asked us a lot of great questions that I didn't even think about, so I knew he was careful with the details of our dogs. We will definitely book with David again and I highly recommend him!”

“Molly was great! She stayed at our house and watched our Great Dane. She kept us updated and sent photos. Our dog is high maintenance and she did a great job caring for her. I recommend Molly and will use her again.”

“Josephine did a great job taking care of our senior dog and two cats. We got daily updates on how they were doing and came home to them happy and healthy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a house sitter!”

“Abigale was great! She stayed at our house for over 10 days to watch our English Mastiff, Meera, and our short-haired cat, Starlord. Abigale took great care of our animals, giving us picture updates regularly. We will definitely be using her again. A helpful tip for anyone interested in the 'House Sitting' service: On top of the Rover fee, we offered to provide a fully stocked fridge and pantry with items of her request. We also tipped her for the care she provided. These are not required, however, it does seem like something that should at least be offered to the sitter.”

About: From having an Irish Wolfhound and Blue Heeler on a farm with cats as well, I’ve grown up around pets my whole life. I currently have an indoor kitten, Mabel, and want to extend my expertise to you as well. I have experience pet sitting for friends often (pitbulls, golden doodles, Great Pyrenees, small dogs/toy dogs as well as American shorthair cats) and I am available full time to pet sit. I am free all day until I start my new job August 20th 8am-4pm. After that starts I am still free outside of those hours to offer my pet sitting services :) I can only pet sit at the clients home at this moment but I would try to extend the same treatment I would to my own home and pets to theirs. Cleanliness and safety is of utmost importance caring for pets along with exercise, play, and affection.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life and have always been an animal lover! From small dogs, to medium and large dogs — I’ve had all! I’ve also had cats and kittens my entire life! I am responsible, kind-hearted, and eager to meet new animals! I’ve worked with puppies and kittens all the way through senior dogs and cats who might need extra care or medication. I am currently a full-time college student in my last 2 semesters of college! I do a lot of my work remotely, so I have a pretty flexible schedule. I am eager to help care for your fur baby in any way they need! If they’re a puppy and need time to play, I totally understand! If they’re an older dog who needs more care or to be given medication, I have also worked with that! Whatever works best for you and your dog is what I’m here to do!

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life and I always take care of them first! My dog is older but I will do anything to keep him healthy. He is very susceptible to things like hot spots and additional things since he's getting older. I always am on top of any needs of an animal. My sister relies on me all the time to help with hers and I always enjoy seeing my furry nephews. As well I did just get a bigger pitbull which has been very eye-opening and working with bigger dogs. This is something that I enjoy because even though they're stronger and sometimes harder to walk being younger I can have the strength to keep them beside me and just have a nice jaunter. Ever since I was young I've always had pets around me and I have taken care of anything from the normal house dog to reptiles all the way to birds so I am very surrounded by animals on a daily basis. Pet care on a daily basis is part of my routine by now. I always check on every animal and everyday I play with all of them to make sure they've got their playtime in. The dogs going out are a huge thing for me because I always want to make sure that if they have to go they can go and they can also get some outdoor time. I always make sure to love on the kitties too. I think it's important to trust the person that's coming in your home. That is a safe place for you and your family and your furry friends. I would not do anything to someone else's dog that I wouldn't do to mine. My dog is my world and my home is a very important place to me. I respect others boundaries and others belongings as well as animals. My top priority would be your animal over anything else.

About: Hi! I'm Kristoff, an experienced and passionate pet-sitter based in Marion. I may not be the chattiest person in the room—but that’s exactly why you can trust I’ll focus on what matters most: taking care of your furry family like they’re my own. I’ve been caring for pets since I was 10—walking, feeding, playing, and even doing basic training. Friends and family often rely on me to care for shy or energetic pets, and I pride myself on building trust quickly and gently. I currently work part-time and have a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to spend caring for your pets in your home. I’m happy to accommodate same-day requests, holiday visits, or anything last-minute. I’ll treat your pet like family—respecting your home, following your routines, and providing thoughtful care with plenty of updates. Whether your pet needs a calm companion or an active playmate, I’m here to help. My schedule is very flexible and changes often due to multiple part-time jobs and landlord responsibilities. However, I’m typically available every day, and I rarely work more than one job per day. This means I can often accommodate short-notice and same-day bookings, including holidays. Whether it's a walk, a drop-in, or even a quick ride to urgent care, I do my best to be there when you need me. Just reach out—I’ll do everything I can to make it work. I currently care for pets in their homes, as I’m in the process of buying my own. I have one dog of my own—a pit bull/shepherd mix—who is wonderful with people but not other dogs, so I do not offer boarding at this time. I take a calm, patient approach to shy or anxious pets—giving them space, earning their trust, and going at their pace. For high-energy pets, I offer play, walks, and activities to help release that energy in healthy ways. While I don’t currently own crates or pet-specific equipment, I’m open to meeting client needs as they arise. I treat every pet like they’re family, and I aim to make them feel safe, seen, and understood.

However, I am usually available all day on Tuesday’s, Sunday’s, and most Saturday’s. I have one dog and one cat of my own who are both wonderfully inviting and playful with other pets. I offer both crated and uncrated time for my dog, and also your pet upon request. However, both my pets usually have full access to the house at all times.

“Magdalena has taken care of my dog Sophia many times. The most notably once when I went out of town, Sophia an elderly dog required much attention particularly with medications and food. “Sarah recently cared for my 2 collies at my house. This was the first time for us with Sarah. Upon the meeting my boys, they were very excited to meet her and love up on her. She was very thorough and also did other requested tasks around the house such as mail, trash day and water flowers for a little extra money per day! She sent daily photos and texted me with any questions while I was away for the week. I would highly recommend Sarah to you and will schedule her at my house again this fall.”

Cierra L.
“I seriously don’t know what I would’ve done without Cierra helping with my dog. She’s been amazing — super reliable, always on time, and my dog absolutely loves her. You can tell she really cares and loves what she does. It was such a relief knowing my pup was getting good walks and attention while I was busy. She always gave me little updates which I appreciated so much. It’s not easy trusting someone with your dog, but with her, it was never a worry.
