“Marie and Rafael were both really kind and accommodating. This is my first time using Rover and I was really nervous to leave my pup somewhere for a couple days. They agreed to meet Draco before I finished booking completely and were really sweet to him. I instantly liked Marie and could tell she was a kind soul. She reassured me that she would take lots of pictures and give me updates. She asked all the important questions about him and even recommended leaving something with our scent for Draco to make him feel more comfortable. I knew he would be in good hands. From fish to iguanas and to even some guinea pigs. My most recent pets I have are 2, 6 year old Cocker Spaniels. They took such amazing care of my little Dodo and treated him with so much love and affection. 🥰 Throughout his stay, Alen kept me updated with photos and videos, which made me feel so comfortable and reassured knowing that my baby was happy and being well cared for. Dodo can be a little delicate and picky 😅, so I’m always very careful about who I leave him with. But he was so happy and comfortable with them! You can truly tell that the whole family loves dogs. Everyone was incredibly sweet, kind, respectful, and loving with him. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, and I felt completely at ease leaving Dodo in their care. I’m so grateful for all the love and attention they gave my baby. ❤️ I would 100% recommend Alen, and whenever I need someone to take care of Dodo again, I will definitely bring him back!
