“Allen is the first person I’ve ever used on Rover. I started with one daycare, then one overnight and then proceeded to a 2 week stay for my 12 yo dog. I was very nervous bc she had never stayed with anyone who wasn’t family. Every time I picked her up and then dropped her off, I very carefully observed her behavior. She always wagged her tail and jumped right into him for scratches and would expose her belly for rubs. That made me feel comfortable. My dog is a fiery girl and nips if she is bothered. I warned Allen of her finicky senior behavior and he said she was overall fine. I provided him a notebook full of information but the most important was her medicine and he and his wife handled it like I asked. I would definitely ask Allen and his family again if we need another dog sitter. He sent pictures daily and responded very quickly. Thank you Allen!”

This was my dog's first stay with Diamond and I was pleased with her services and the treatment of my dog. We did a meet and greet before my dog's stay and I appreciated how Diamond allowed us into her home for my dog to get familiar with the surroundings. She took great care and patience to get to know him. Her home was comfortable and she sent daily pictures of how my dog was doing. She also took my dog out for walks and accommodated my requests. I had a meet n greet with Caroline before booking date. She welcomed myself & Luna into her home to verify she got along with her 2 dogs as well as confirm she is okay to provide Luna care. Caroline was flexible on scheduling drop off and pick up times. Caroline sent updates and pictures of Luna, some with playing with one of her dogs. These updates gave us comfort while we were away! Caroline was friendly! When we picked up Luna she showed she was happy being there 🐾 We hope to book Caroline for future getaways that we need care for Luna!
This is our first time using Rover and we are thankful to have found Dana as our first sitter for our Enzo. She kept us updated the whole time, sending pictures and ensuring Enzo is doing well, considering that this is his first time (in forever) to be away from home.
