“My husband and I highly recommend Peggy. We have 2 cats, and one is very anxious and she ALWAYS runs away when people come over… but not when Peggy came over to meet them on Friday, before we left for our trip. I was shocked when Althea didn’t bolt, and she also got down from the top level of the cat tree and sat down in the living room to observe and listen as we talked with Peggy. 1st time, ever, so it was a direct response to Peggy’s calm and friendly energy We had to attend a friend’s wedding near San Diego, and felt very confident that our “kids” were in very capable hands. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”

“Ali was very thorough in checking in on our lil comrades. She provided photos for every check in and was even able to interact with our cats which is rare considering how shy they are. We will definitely be reaching out to her on future trips.”

“Mikaela was awesome! She was super easy going with all of my instructions for my cat! My cat was well taken care of and seemed like she had a lot of fun! Highly recommend her!”

About: I am very reliable, and flexible. I am understanding that sometimes life can get busy and everyone needs a village when life gets too hectic. I am free afternoon/nights week days and all day weekends. I have a full time job monday-friday from 7:30am-5pm. I am flexible if need be I usually care for pets in client’s home, don’t change there routine, and try to keep the same schedule for them. I let them be.

About: I've been a pet-owner since I became an adult, also growing up with pets as a child. My first pet as an adult was my cat, Carpet, who I acquired in the aftermath of the 1994 earthquake. Carpet lived with me for 20 years. During that time my cat, Rocky (aka Rocky Raccoon), joined us as a kitten. And when my neighbors dog, Roxy, needed a home due to her adoptive dad's ill health, I took her in. I adopted Roxy, my Staffordshire Terrier, when she was about 5 years old. I took great initiative to make sure she and the cats got along. Carpet, being older, liked her own space, but after she passed, Roxy and Rocky became forever friends (much like Warner Brothers' Tom & Jerry)! Both Rocky and I were devastated when we lost Roxy in the summer of 2018 at 14 years old. Roxy had struggled with many health issues and had been losing the use of her hind legs for a couple of years prior to that dreaded day. Taking care of Roxy taught me patience and a strong will to match her own. I learned how to care for an invalid and still make her smile. I know the expectations of senior dog care. I know it's hard to leave your senior dog, or any dog, in the care of a new person, but I can assure you that your dog will receive love and attention tailored to his or her needs. For active dogs, we can take a stroll to the jetty or a walk along the beach...all steps from my home.... or play ball in the park or a nearby field...or my back yard which has a nice run! These days, my cat Rocky and I enjoy each others company, but she is an indoor/outdoor cat and often spends time entertaining herself. I have not been ready to get another dog of my own, but I so miss having a dog around. I would love to have the company of your companion while you are away and provide them with a nice vacation home. *Please note: i am happy to travel further for House Sitting bookings or have our pet come to me. For Drop-In Visits and Dog Walking, I serve my local areas only in order to keep my prices low. Feel free to message me with any question. Thank you! I have used Rover sitting services in the past. Recently, I began working from home, so I am now offering my services as a sitter now that I can be available for the most part of the day and nights. Some days do require meetings or errands so in the event that comes up, we can discuss in advance how to handle. I can also bring your dog for a ride-along in these cases if possible and if they do well in cars. I live next to the beach and would love to take your pooch for a stroll or play some ball or even a swim if mom and dad allow it. I would be happy to day-sit for those working long hours and/or find some regular clients so I can build a relationship with your pet(s). I will strictly follow all rules given to me by pooch parents, as I know both pets and people have their quirks! I am open to watching more than one dog from the same home. I will never have another clients pets in my home when yours are booked to stay, unless and in case of an emergency and where I have your approval. Your pet(s) will have my undivided attention. I am the only human in my househould. On occasion, I will have a visitor. I have a doggy door in the house and dog beds for your dogs use, although, I may allow them up on the couch or in the bed with me if that's what they are allowed to do at home. I have tennis balls and chuck-its for playing, as well as some toys, but best of all, the beach is only one short block away! We can take a nice long walk on the sidewalks or on the beach. My home has faux wood flooring (more of a tile laminate) and an area carpet. I have a nice cement back yard about 12 by 80 feet long where your dog and I can play and/or sun bathe. Your pet would be by my side and taken for outings if they are up to it. If they are not up for outings, they will have access to a doggy door 24/7. For cat parents, I also have cat beds and kitty toys as well as a place to set your baby's own litter box so they can have the smells of their own home! (Due to owner's allergies, some litter products may need to be swapped. Most clumping litters are okay.)

“We highly recommend B! He is reliable and friendly and our dogs love him!!”

“Cynthia is great and has helped us several times on short notice.”

About: I work at a doggy daycare where I’m in charge of watching, playing, feeding, and bathing, many dogs. I have learned to act quick on my feet while still being proactive. I am a student and a part time worker but my schedule is still pretty flexible. I like to hang around dogs whenever I can. *If I don’t answer right away I’m probably working but I’m still available unless I text otherwise! I have a barking dog of my own so he is a vocal player but does not bite. If needed he can be separated from your dog so I am able to focus on your dogs needs and wants. I am easily trained so I can work around your dogs needs. I’m currently a student with a flexible schedule but I still have a dog of my own and I work at a doggy daycare. So I practically see dogs everyday and care for them. I am glued to them 24/7. I like to feel secure so I am often just playing, resting, stimulating them the whole time I’m in the clients home or at my home.

“Regan did an amazing job taking care of our girl. She kept us updated, sent pictures and videos. Our pup loved hangin with her. We will definitely use Regan again when we need a sitter.”

About: With over 25 years experience, I’ve loved many size dogs. Owning three German shepherds over the years is quite the learning process from puppy to elder age. Unfortunately, my dogs have passed away. I feel the void in my home. So why not get a little love and give a little love to your pets. 🐾🐾 Please note the following before booking either of these services: For Day care: between 8-10 hours For Boarding: between 10-24 hours I am a stay at home worker and I’m home all the time. Therefore, working pet care into my schedule is very convenient and something I love. I have a fenced yard and indoor add on room, all the supplies needed including large crates, crate pillows, blankets, muzzles, leashes and gentle leaders etc.

“Very good communication”

About: About Me Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with hands on experience caring for dogs, horses, and other animals. I’ve always been the go to pet person in my family and friend group, and caring for animals is something that just comes naturally to me. I love getting to know each pet’s personality and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. What I Bring to the Table: Lots of experience taking care of my own dogs and helping friends with theirs feeding, walking, bathing, and lots of playtime Comfortable giving meds, cleaning up messes, and doing the little things that keep pets happy and healthy I really understand animal body language and behavior, and I’m good at picking up when something’s off Big believer in positive reinforcement and giving animals the time and space to adjust and trust I genuinely love spending time with animals and getting to know their routines and quirks A Bit About My Own Dog: I have a super energetic dog who lives for playing fetch and chasing his ball. He loves people, loves being pet, and brings so much joy wherever he goes. Taking care of him every day has taught me a lot about consistency, training, and how to keep high energy dogs both mentally and physically engaged. Volunteer Work: I’ve also volunteered at a local animal shelter, helping clean, feed, walk, and socialize the animals. I enjoyed spending one on one time with the dogs, giving them love and attention, and helping out at events to find them forever homes. I currently work from home ! So I will have plenty of time to play with your pups :) They will be always supervised. :) I have a fenced yard with a lot of space and I friendly Labrador to keep you fur baby company, and a doggy door so they can come in and out the house when they want :)

My top priority is to keep your pet safe!

About: I LOVE to spoil fur babies! ❤️ I worked 3 years as a veterinary assistant and it was by far the most fulfilling occupation I have had. I realized that caring for the medical and emotional needs of other peoples animals was so very important and rewarding to me. My heart has always been with animals. I LOVE to pamper and spoil them! I offer doggie massages using gentle touch. I am also a Certified Seraphim Blueprint practitioner. This is energy healing work I offer on request for your animals. This work is very gentle and wonderful for pets that may have behavioral issues or just need some gentle calming time. Please send me a message if you have any questions. I am very active and semi retired. My most favorite thing in the world is caring for animals and now I have plenty of time ❤️ I love to read, make jewelry, taking walks on the beach, and spending time with my family. I use a very gentle approach with all animals. In my opinion love and compassion is the most effective way to earn trust and Love ❤️

About: Hello! My name is Mariana. I have a beautiful and super smart German Shepherd Dalmatian mix baby that I trained since 1 month old alongside with my husband. I did have a lot of help and advice from my sister who is a veterinarian though, so I'm going to have to give her her flowers as well. I am a lover of all animals and I'm excited to meet you and your fur babies as well. I work full-time but I usually have Wednesdays and Sundays off and have my mornings available as well. Although feel free to inquire on if I'm available on the day that you need and we can see if it will work out. No harm in asking at all! Of my house we have our dog great trained and potty trained so she knows to wait for us to let her go outside in the backyard in order to go number one or two. She likes to relax with us in her doggy bed and we have a little bell for her to signal for us when she needs or wants to go outside. She is pretty well behave but also still learning so if she needs to be corrected we do immediately take action and put her in the crate for a few minutes to either calm down or to get the hands that what just happened wasn't right. But of course I'm open and comfortable to following any rules or routines that you might have for your pets

About: I grew up with dogs, and have been trusted by friends and family to check in on dogs to make sure they are fed, watered, and used the bathroom. I’ll also play with them and take them for walks to help keep them active! I’m currently in between jobs so have lots of freetime and looking to make some extra money. I have plenty of time to check in with your dog or cats and make sure they are well taken care of. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I grew up with pitbulls and bigger dog breeds and am comfortable trying to gain trust with your dog if it’s shy or protective at first. And I’ll do my best to make sure they are taken care of even if they do get aggressive or something happens!
