About: We've had Golden Retrievers since 2005 and LOVE Goldens. We currently have three Goldens - Red (age 6), Max (age 5), and Riley (age 3). We often dog sit for our family and friends that have Goldens and I love it so much, I decided to start a Rover account to do it for others that have Golden family members and need a fun, reliable place for them to go when they travel or need boarding. I'm a self-employed educational psychologist with a flexible schedule. I often work from home and am off over the summer and during school holiday breaks. We have three Golden Retrievers (ages 3, 5,and 6) who get a lot of activity. We have a huge fenced back yard, and a fenced front yard, and play fetch every day out back with the ball thrower. We also go on walks around the neighborhood. We have a doggy door, and the dogs go in and out at their leisure. Our dogs are a major part of our family. They're always with us. They sleep in my bed. Your golden(s) can sleep in my bed or room, too, or in a crate if that's what they're used to. We also have two kids (age 11 and 8), so your dog must be good with kids, as well as with other dogs.

“Jenn watch my GSP Scout while I was on vacation. Jenn was very accomodating for drop off and pickup times. She send txts of how Scout was doing during her stay. I will be using Jenn again to watch Scout the next time I go on vacation! Thank you Jenn for watching my girl!”

About: I've had animals my whole life. When family is out of town, they know who to contact! I was a professional dog walker through college. I am available any time on weekdays and weekends with enough planning. I am not currently able to do overnight stays during the week at your home, but if your animal is okay with another dog and kids, we are happy to have them stay with us! I can come to your pet to feed, play, walk, clean up after and care for them. Just let me know what is needed and I will make it work.

“We usually board our dogs at a kennel, but our current dog has kennel stress and that was not an option for us this time. A friend suggested the Rover app to find somebody who would watch our dog in their home. This led us to Sara. We can not say enough good things about Sara. She was awesome to work with, very personable, and always responded to our texts in a timely fashion. But more importantly, our dog loved it at her home. She sent us daily videos and photos of our dog playing and having fun with the other dogs being boarded. It was very reassuring to get these daily photos and know our dog was well cared for and enjoying herself. Sara has a large fenced area for the dogs to run in, but she also welcomes them into her home and on her furniture (sign of a true dog lover!). Sara was also very accommodating when our dog needed a special diet for a few days. This was such a positive experience all around. We will never take our dog to a kennel again. Please reach out and we can discuss your needs for pet care and make it work😊 I have a fenced yard that is 3 acres for your fur baby to roam freely around the yard and burn lots of energy. I do have 3 kiddos that are good with animals, love to give tons of pets and attention, they are also super respectful and know when to give your pet their space but your pet will be feel right at home. My doggies are on schedules from exercise to meals and I will respect your preferences on care for your pets and follow them to the T.
