This was my first time using Rover, and it couldn't have gone any better. I left my 8 month old puppy with Katherine and she loved every minute! Katherine was sweet and kind to my little one, kept her on her routine and was very communicative. Isabella is amazing! We just cannot say enough good things about her. She kept us updated on how our black lab (Bella) was doing, took her on walks, sent a picture. Angelie was amazing with Huggy! He stayed with her for a full week while I was traveling, and I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in her care. She has great experience with dogs of all sizes, including Golden Retriever, and was very confident handling Huggy while he was still recovering from the neuter surgery. She sent lots of updates and photos, which gave me real peace of mind throughout the stay. Her two dogs, Chloe and Cookie, are adorable and very sweet. Even though they’re smaller than Huggy, they got along really well, and it was clear she managed introductions thoughtfully and safely. When I needed to extend the stay, she was flexible and accommodating without hesitation, which I truly appreciated. Angelie is easygoing, kind, and clearly cares about the dogs she watches. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her.
Giovanny was very accommodating to several modifications to our reservation for our pup Ace associated with my husbands recent heart surgery and subsequent complications. He communicated wonderfully and honored our requests as well as he possibly could. We plan on using him again real soon.
