“This was our first time boarding my boy, and we were honestly a bit nervous at the beginning. But Mario made the whole experience so easy and reassuring. He sent frequent photos and videos, which really helped us feel connected and see that my boy was happy and well cared for. It meant a lot to us. My boy looked comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely happy during his stay, and it was clear he got along really well with Mario. You can tell he truly cares about the dogs he looks after. We’re very grateful for the care he provided and will definitely be rebooking in the future.”

She took amazing care of our two high-energy dogs and kept both my wife and me constantly updated with pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Her home is extremely dog-friendly—full of toys, cozy spots to relax, and clearly set up with pets in mind. Our dogs got multiple walks a day and came home happy and tired (in the best way!). When we picked them up, all of their toys were neatly gathered, their bowls were washed, and it was clear they had been well-loved and comfortable. On top of all that, our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until midnight—she was incredibly understanding and flexible, allowing us to pick them up late instead of waiting until the next day. We are so grateful and would absolutely trust her again in a heartbeat!”
