Nathalia-san, I think Prin was probably very tired from playing and had been sleeping a lot until the day before. But yesterday and today, Prin has been doing great and has been very energetic at the hotel. We really enjoyed seeing the alligators. It was a lot of fun! Thank you so much for taking care of Prin!
She understood my puppy's need and was very acommodating. It was our first time boarding g and being away from our puppy but she would keep us updated, which allowed us to enjoy our vacation knowing that she was being taking care of.
First time using Rober and Nathalia was very patient and understanding. She sent daily updates and photos to maintain calm while away from my girls. Very comprehensive and communicative of everything to do with my girls. Definitely booking with her again.
