Kim and Wil were fantastic with my senior dog, Thor. They honored his care instructions, and went above and beyond to make him feel loved and safe while I was away. We had a last-minute weekend trip and were incredibly thankful to find Jackie! From the moment we dropped off Huxley, we knew he was in the best hands. Jackie and her family (including their adorable fur babies) welcomed him like one of their own and took exceptional care of him. He had fresh food and water, daily walks, lots of playtime, and plenty of love and attention. Throughout the weekend, Jackie sent regular photos and updates, giving us complete peace of mind and allowing us to truly enjoy our trip knowing Huxley was happy, safe, and well cared for. Thomas was excellent with our dog, he would constantly send us updates and pictures about what she was up to. We have a high energy husky and he was able to exceed her needs and take her for walks, let her play, etc. Truly one of the best dog sitters we’ve left our dog with, we had a lot of peace of mind that she was being cared for.
Giana was great with my dog during his boarding stay! My dog doens't always get along with other dogs and Giana listened to my concerns about when and where to walk him. She and her roommates took him to the nearby park and played during the quieter hours of the day and he did great! Would definitely recommend!
