She was very respectful of my house and left everything clean. She even took out the trash and the litter genie bags at the end of the week which I did not ask for or expect! About: I have taken care of animals of all kinds my whole life especially dogs. About: I have grown up pet sitting for family and friends. My mom was a dog trainer / pet sitter when I was growing up and I would go with her as well. I am confident and comfortable with any breed from small dogs to great danes and pitbulls. I also have experience working at a dog boarding facility! About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life and truly love having them around. I do tend to spoil them, but I always follow the instructions you, the parent, provide. I have had senior dogs and puppies and always give them the extra care they need. We are a retired couple and always enjoy having a dog around us. We have plenty of time to play with pups, and give them lots of love. We have a fenced in backyard to play in, comfortable beds to sleep in. We won’t be taken in other family's dogs while yours is here.

About: I have worked in a multi-faced canine training facility as a kennel attendant for a year and have been dog walking since I was 16. I work part time as a pet caretaker and walk my own dog on most of my spare time. Dog walking would be before or after work, I am available daily for walks or visits with your dog. Im available Friday/Saturday/Sunday for walks before noon and for Monday-Thursday I'm available after noon. I care for other people's pets like they are my own. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
