About: I have had puppies and dogs in my life for the last 32 years. My life would not be complete without them. Currently I have a treeing walker coon hound who is full of energy. My lab just recently passed away. She was almost 13 years old. Being able to help people out by making sure their dogs or cats are loved and exercised would be so rewarding for me. I’m a nurse who works part time two days a week. I’m looking forward to filling the rest of my week with pet care appointments. For downtime or when I’m at work, dogs can rest comfortably in a 4x6 kennel within the dog room. My schedule follows a school calendar, so I’m home by 2:30 PM and off during the summer, perfect for lots of walks, playtime, and attention! Whether your dog needs a calm environment, extra enrichment, or some guidance with tricky behaviors, I’d love to provide a safe and loving home away from home. I can accommodate any requests that a client may have regarding their pets care. I always ensure to care for their pets as I would my own. I have a flexible schedule and can dedicate as much time as needed to my clients.
About: I am an Art grad student and currently working on my thesis at home. I have a 3 years old dog named Mischa, who is the best part of my life. I will provide everything for your dogs, the same as I provide for my dog. He is 90lb, so I am pretty okay with the huge dogs, when I take care of them I take them to a walk at least twice a day, pulse plays with them at home. If the owner is okay I would love to take them to the dog park with my dogs. I provide the same environments for your dogs when you are not around for a short time. About: I am a Registered Veterinary Technician and long time dog sitter for family and friends. I love meeting new pets and giving them lots of scratches! I’m a Veterinary Technician and I work at a pretty flexible job where I work 4 days a week and get two hour lunch breaks. Having the extra time over lunch allows me to check on pets mid day and do walks/meds/lunch feedings etc. I usually do care in clients homes rather than my own. However, watching pets in my home can be worked as long as they get along with other dogs and cats. I have two very dog friendly dogs and a couple very happy and cuddly cats!

About: I am an animal lover! I have a dog named piper she's a small little angel and my life hasn't been the same since I've had her. I want people to feel comfortable leaving their furry bundles of love with someone who can love and protect them! I take the dogs I am watching to the dog park at my apartment where they can run and play. Also, if interested I can bathe your dog before he or she comes home. Your dog will have a blast with many toys and walks and naps on the couch! I am a currently not working so I’ll be at home all day with my fur babies and hopefully yours. I lost my best friend/my heart February 17, 2022 Jaylo, my female boxer mix. My girl was 14 years 7 months 1 week old. Jaylo fought diabetes the last 3 years of her life which required a strict healthy diet and routine including insulin shots 2x a daily and additional medication unrelated to her diabetes. Overtime Jaylo did lose her eye sight and was blind for the last 3 years of her life also. I feel strongly to protect and nurture each animal. My unit sits along side a large patch of grass that I spent hours each day walking my female boxer I lost 02/17/22. I live on the bottom floor where the concrete slab runs right into the grass area on the opposite side of the parking lot which is alot safer and easily available to bring your animal in/out for potty breaks and to stretch his/her legs on frequent walks. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
