About: I am a pet lover who is excited to care for your pet! I understand how important a pet is to a family, so that dictates the high level of care that I provide. I will ask how you care for your pet daily so that everything will be seamless for you and your pet. I strive to fulfill your requests and desires. One of the most important values that I live by is honesty. I think that this is very important in every line of work. I will keep you updated daily on your pet. I can update you with activities, bathroom details and eating habits. You can count on me to be there at the agreed upon times. Growing up, I took care of our poodle mix that had health issues. I also took care of our cockatiel that we had for around 20 years! More recently, I have administered medicine and even insulin shots for a dog that I have taken care of. I took care of a dog with a UTI and pinched nerve. Another important thing to me is pet safety. I try to be diligent to think ahead and avoid unsafe situations for the pet. Leashing a pet that is leaving the yard is very important to me. When a pet is outside, it is best to keep an eye put for them to ensure their safety. I have a flexible schedule currently so I can give the time to your pet. On Sundays, I go to worship, but I can still be there with your pets periodically during the day. When you reach out, I will promptly schedule a meet and greet to make sure we are compatible to work together and that I am the best sitter for you. I will come over to meet you and the pets. About: I have lived with dogs since I was 6 years old. In college, I fostered dogs with my roommates. Neighbors, friends and families have either relied on me or hired me to take care of their dogs in different fashions since I was 13. I am a returned Peace Corps volunteer who just returned from 27 months spent teaching English in México. I am an elementary school teacher, but due to the timing of my return, I will not be returning to the classroom until August of 2027. As such, I have wide open days and nights. My service will vary on my client's needs and expectations. If the expectation is multiple daily walks, there will be multiple daily walks. If the expectation is crating, there will be crating. If the expectation is belly rubs to fall asleep, then belly rubs will be given. Each home and each pet comes with its specific set of requirements, and no one knows those better than the client themselves.
