“Leah has been great! She has been very quick to respond to communication and requests. She is very patient with my puppy, who can be a bit shy and timid at first.”

“Abby did a fabulous job caring for my dog Mazie! She kept me updated and shared information in regard to how Mazie did. It allowed me to enjoy my vacation while also making me feel at ease knowing that Abby was taking great care of my dog throughout the day! Thank you Abby!”

“Did an awesome job! Got our Sheltie, who when we’re gone for more than a day, wants nothing more than to sink into depression and do nothing, to go outside and play a little bit. Our menagerie of kitties were in good hands, and she followed directions well. Would definitely use her services again!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs, cats, and pets of all kinds since I was 10 years old — from energetic puppies to wise senior pets. My background is in psychology (B.A.) and I’m currently earning my Master’s in Social Work. With my deep interest in animal care, I also take coursework in animal behavior and animal psychology. I truly value animals and want to give them the best life possible while they’re in my care. I’m patient, attentive, and meet every animal where they are — whether that’s matching the energy of a playful pup or providing a calm, gentle presence for a shy or senior pet. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me for years to walk, feed, bathe, and love their pets like my own. I hope I can do the same for you! I’m a full-time student working toward my Master’s in Social Work, but I am open to shaping my schedule around each pet’s needs. I already care daily for my family’s two dogs, so pet care is naturally part of my routine. Because my coursework is relatively flexible, I can offer morning, afternoon, or evening visits, as well as regular walks and playtime. Between classes and internship, I just ask for a heads up on days/times your pet needs a companion! Whether your pet needs bursts of energy or a calm, steady presence, I’ll make sure their day feels happy, safe, and consistent. When caring for pets in their own home, my top priority is keeping them comfortable in the environment they know best. I follow all routines you provide — from feeding schedules to favorite walking routes — so your pet feels secure and happy while you’re away. I’m attentive to their safety, well-being, and emotional comfort, and I’m always respectful of your space. I’m a clean and organized person, and I’ll leave your home exactly as you left it (or tidier!), so you can return to a happy pet and a worry-free home.

“Mary was absolutely AMAZING with our 2 giant breed dogs while we were away for a week. She was patient with our anxiety ridden dog & gave him the space he needed; by the end of the week they were besties! She went above and beyond to make sure they were well taken care of🙂”

“Our first experience with Alyssa was fantastic. Our sweet Leo boy quickly warmed up to her and was clearly excited about her daily visits. She was very communicative, thoughtful and sent reports/photos, which gave us such peace of mind. We will definitely reach out again.”

“Our two goofy Siamese cats LOVE Mariah. She is prompt, and puts them at ease when we are away. They love that she speaks “cat”, and spends quality time playing with them with their favorite toys in the comfort of their own home. Her experience working in a Veternarian’s makes her visits extra special.”

“Samantha genuinely loves animals and it shows, she uses the ‘dog mom voice’, she gets down at my dog’s level to play, and is so careful about health quirks. I would recommend her to anyone with a pet looking for a sitter!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds for over 9 years. Friends, family, and neighbors have depended on me to help take care of their four legged friends. I am an animal lover who is available for weekend boarding. Dogs walks during the week either early morning, lunchtime, and evenings. I am also available during holidays as well! I have a large backyard with plenty of space for your dog. I also have a 7 month old lab puppy who loves to play.

About: Hello! I am home for the summer and looking to spend my time with adorable pets and show them some love! I have been taking care of my two dogs since the 5th grade and I just graduated college. I love going for walks and playing fetch. I’m also content chilling on the couch and watching doggies nap. Most days I don’t have any obligations throughout the whole day and can work my daily tasks and errands around walking or checking on dogs. I always make sure my pets have water available all the time, especially in the summer. My dogs usually go on a leash when they are outside, and I feel most comfortable walking dogs with a leash. My dogs eat at the same time every day and get lots of attention when inside.

“Christina was phenomenal with our two pups. She sent us great updates and the dogs were clearly enjoying the attention and care. Even our timid dog decided Christina was a friend!”

About: I've had cats as well as more exotic animals as pets. I recently moved to an apartment with a no pet lease, and I really miss the interaction with animals. I thought that providing pet care for others would be enjoyable, but also help other people. In addition to caring for cats and dogs, I have experience with small mammals like chinchillas, reptiles such as snakes, turtles, and lizards as well as amphibians and birds. I typically schedule pet visits in the morning and evening, allowing for playtime, feeding, waste maintenance, and medication administration if needed. I also offer overnight stays and daily check-ins for extended absences. I aim to provide reliable and kind care, ensuring your pet is safe and loved while you're away. I believe that caring for your pet in their home provides the least amount of anxiety for them. I follow all instructions carefully and ensure your pet's routine stays consistent. I provide companionship, feeding, exercise/play, and medication. Regular updates and photos are provided for your peace of mind.
