My dog is quite skidish about new dogs, new environments and new people. This was no challenge for Cheryl. She was able to ease my dogs insecurities right away and allowed her 2 dogs time to meet our little girl on her terms and very cautiously. Cheryl was flexible with my drop off and pick up times and communicated with me throughout the entire stay with updates and photos. She also provided my dog with medications for her skin and gave us great feedback on how I may be able to better care for her allergies. About: I have experience with many types of dogs of all sizes and energy levels! My dog, who is a coonhound mix, gets walked a lot, but is very chill and super friendly with other dogs. I’ve also cared for dogs from an aggressive lab mix, to a 4lb chihuahua. I had a long-term dog sitting job in college where I frequently gave medicine, assembled natural food plates, and exercised multiple dogs with different ages and energy levels. I’m currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to tend to your pup! My dog also requires a lot of attention, so I’m used to dogs who need multiple walks a day and lots of cuddle/play time. My dog gets walked at least 4 miles a day, and has constant access to food and water, as he eats pretty intuitively. While he normally just lounges around the apartment while I’m gone, he is crate trained and can he put up if that is what your pup prefers!

Dogs are not allowed outside without a leash or tether at my house. I’m most comfortable with dogs being leashed until I know their recall abilities with me. For this reason I will leash or clip client dogs to a long line when taking them outside for their own safety, unless the owner is confident in their recall abilities and/or specifically grants them permission to be off leash while supervised. Pets will always have access to clean drinking water, and I have a few dog crates available to use upon request for dogs who may benefit from one (for up to medium-large size). About: I have experience with many types of dogs of all sizes and energy levels! My dog, who is a coonhound mix, gets walked a lot, but is very chill and super friendly with other dogs. I’ve also cared for dogs from an aggressive lab mix, to a 4lb chihuahua. I had a long-term dog sitting job in college where I frequently gave medicine, assembled natural food plates, and exercised multiple dogs with different ages and energy levels. I’m currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to tend to your pup! My dog also requires a lot of attention, so I’m used to dogs who need multiple walks a day and lots of cuddle/play time. My dog gets walked at least 4 miles a day, and has constant access to food and water, as he eats pretty intuitively. While he normally just lounges around the apartment while I’m gone, he is crate trained and can he put up if that is what your pup prefers!

“Ashley & Jerrell were exceptionally kind & thoughtful, going the extra mile to help us board our dog on short notice during an emergency. Great communication throughout shifting circumstances and they were also very patient with my elderly mother. The only downside was that our dog was crated from 6:30am to 3:30pm while they were at work, but not unexpected.”
